Study On The Emergency Management Mechanism For The Prevention And Control Of Covid-19 In Rural Areas

At the beginning of 2020,novel coronavirus disease swept the country.With the Spring Festival approaching,returning migrant workers have caused great difficulties in the prevention and control of the epidemic in rural areas.Compared with cities,rural areas are not only the blind area for the control of COVID-19,but also the difficulty for the control of COVID-19.Some characteristics of rural areas different from cities will form their own characteristics and face their own problems in emergency management.The epidemic not only has serious harm,but also has a wide impact on society.In the prevention and control of COVID-19,what is the current situation of rural emergency management,what are the problems,and how to improve it?This thesisr takes the emergency management of s village with sudden epidemic as the research object,combines the crisis management theory and crisis life cycle theory,analyzes the macro role of the government,the specific measures in the village and the cooperation degree of the villagers in the process of epidemic prevention in rural areas,and studies the emergency system,material support and emergency team of epidemic prevention in s village.It is found that there are some defects in the process of epidemic prevention in rural areas,such as indifferent crisis consciousness and weak material support for epidemic prevention,The strength of the emergency team is weak,the emergency management system lags behind,and the governance subject is too single.From the outbreak of COVID-19 in s village,we can see the big from the small,and summarize the defects in the emergency management of s village.Finally,in view of the problems in the process of emergency management,this thesisr analyzes the emergency management of COVID-19 in s village from the following three aspects: the first is the villagers’ awareness of crisis management,the second is the human and material resources guarantee mechanism,and the third is the level of emergency management of COVID-19 in rural areas,so as to build a diversified crisis management model.Therefore,we should fully consider the different characteristics of each stage of the epidemic,use scientific management methods,and organize various forces to actively participate in the epidemic prevention and control,so as to make the safety line of epidemic prevention and control in s village more indestructible.
