Purpose:This study was conducted to verify the influence of personalized diet management of protein food exchange on serum prealbumin in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hypoproteinemia, this study verified the intervention effect of this diet management method onthe MNA-HF Nutrition Assessment Scale score and the Activity of Daily Living Scale score in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hypoproteinemia, providing reference for clinical promotion and application. Methods:In this study,A total of 70 patients with chronic heart failure combined with hypoproteinemia admitted to the general practice department of a Grade-III hospital in Kunming City from February 2022 to September 2022 were selected by whole-group sampling method, and the department ward was divided into control and intervention groups by coin flip method, and 35 cases were included in each of the two groups according to the random number table. The control group was given routine nursing health education for chronic heart failure, and the intervention group used personalized protein food exchange method for diet management education on the basis of the control group.and IAKP theory was used for guidance in the management process. The improvement was evaluated by collecting serum pre-albumin,assessing the MNA-HF Nutrition Assessment Scale score and the Activity of Daily Living Scale score before,1month and 3 months after the intervention, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS26.0.Results:1.A total of 70 patients were enrolled in the study,6 patients were lost during the study period, and data collection was completed for 64 patients. There were 32 cases in the intervention group and 32 cases in the control group. The general data of patients in both groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.Outcome analysis of serum pre-albumin,MNA-HF Nutrition Assessment Scale scores, and the Activities of Daily Living Scale:(1)Before the intervention, there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of serum prealbumin,MNA-HF nutritional evaluation scale scores, and activity of daily living strength scale scores(P > 0.05);after 1 month of intervention, the patients in the intervention group had differences in serum prealbumin,MNA-HF nutritional evaluation scale scores, and activity of daily living strength scale scores compared with the control group(P < 0.001,P < 0.05,P < 0.001).After 3 months of intervention, all the observed indexes in the intervention group were different from those in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The between-group effect(F=113.21,P<0.001),time effect(F=193.92,P<0.001)and interaction effect(F=27.73,P<0.001)for serum pre-albumin were statistically significant(P<0.05)in both groups;the between-group effect(F=52.53,P< 0.001),time effect(F=70.40,P<0.001)and interaction effect(F=45.62,P<0.001)were statistically significant(P<0.05);the between-group effect(F=96.39,P<0.001),time effect(F=117.21,P<0.001)and interaction effects(F=35.60,P<0.001)were statistically significant(P<0.05).The trend plots of the three outcome indicators showed that the respective observed indicators of the two groups of patients would show different trends over time and were more pronounced in the intervention group than in the control group. Conclusion:Compared with the traditional dietary health education, the personalized protein food exchange method based on the food exchange portion method for the dietary management of patients with chronic heart failure combined with hypoproteinemia can increase serum pre-albumin to a certain extent, improve the nutrition evaluation scale score, effectively improve the patients’ ability of daily living activities and diet self-management,and improve the quality of life of patients...
