Study On The Literature On The Treatment Of Rheumatic Disease By Miao Medicine Based On Data Digging And The Diagnosis And Treatment Experience Of Zhu Junhui

Objective: 1.To summarize the common drugs and prescription rules of Miao medicine in the treatment of rheumatism by using data mining of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,and to improve the theoretical basis for Miao medicine in the treatment of rheumatism.2.Using the TCMISS,based on data mining,the dialectical experience of Zhu Junhui,a famous Miao doctor,in the treatment of rheumatism was summarized,and his prescription rules,syndrome differentiation and classification were summarized,providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of rheumatism.Methods: 1.Combined search with "Miao medicine","joint pain" and "rheumatism" as the main topics,search option "topic" and match option "precise query",the domestic periodical literatures and related works related to Miao medicine treatment of rheumatism during 1990-2022 were searched,studied,sorted out and summarized from China National Knowledge Network,Wanfang Data and VIP data.2.In this part,medical records that meet the inclusion criteria from 2020 to2022 are selected for sorting,and relevant data are entered through the TCMISS(V2.5)for "medical record analysis","prescription analysis" and "data analysis".Summarize Zhu Junhui doctor’s medication rule and treatment experience.Results: 1.A total of 247 prescriptions and 179 drugs conforming to the standard were selected in this study.The top 10 prescriptions in order of occurrence frequency were Toddalia Asiatica,Pine Tree,Spatholobus Stem,Clematis chinensis Osbeck,root of Chinese clematis,Elsholtzia fruticosa Rehd,Piper Wallichii,Mucuna sempervivens Hemsl,Acanthopanax trifoliatus and Alangium chinense.According to cluster analysis,26 groups of drug core combinations were obtained,including 13 new prescriptions.2.In this study,a total of 120 medical cases meeting the criteria were screened out,and the analysis found that the common symptoms were joint pain,joint swelling,morning stiffness,etc.The commonly used drugs were three hundred sticks,Sanjia PI,hanging poplar dust,and octagon maple,etc.Cold rheumatic arthritis was the common witness type.Conclusions: 1.Miao medicine followed the treatment principle of "cold treatment of fever,cold treatment of disease and heat" in the treatment of rheumatic diseases.Toddalia Asiatica,Pine Tree,Spatholobus Stem,Clematis chinensis Osbeck,root of Chinese clematis,Elsholtzia fruticosa Rehd,Piper Wallichii,Mucuna sempervivens Hemsl,Acanthopanax trifoliatus and Alangium chinense were commonly used to increase or decrease according to the syndrome type.2.Dr.Zhu Junhui divided rheumatism into three syndrome types: cold rheumatism,hot rheumatism and wet toxic wind.The treatment principles of dispelling cold and dehumidifying dampness,dreading collages and relieving pain and tonifying liver and kidney were mainly applied.
