| Androgen-induced alopecia(AGA),also known as seborrheic alopecia,moth-eaten alopecia,etc.,is a common disease in dermatology clinics.Before and after 2010,the Prevalence rate of male in China was about 21.3 %,and the Prevalence rate of female was about 6.0 %.Most studies have shown that in recent years,with the increase of stress,anxiety,sleep and other risk factors,the Prevalence rate is on the rise and younger.The current treatment methods mainly include oral finasteride and s Pironolactone;external application of minoxidil tincture,laser,micro-needle,injection,acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine rubbing,hair transplantation,replacement therapy,etc.,but the treatment cycle is long,the cost is high,the side effects of the drug,the Pigment legacy of the traditional Chinese medicine rubbing and the tedious external application Procedure still bring a lot of inconvenience to the Patients.It is necessary to study a new safe and effective shampoo Product to solve the side effects,high cost,Pigment legacy after traditional Chinese medicine rubbing,without bringing the burden to shampoo.Objective: In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of the treatment of damp-heat androgenic alopecia with the Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo,the effectiveness and mechanism of the treatment of damp-heat androgenic alopecia with the Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo were discussed.Methods: From January 2022 to October 2022,Patients with androgenic alopecia and greasy hair who were admitted to the Dermatology Hospital of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Informed consent was signed.The common basic treatment of the two groups was the external use of minoxidil tincture.Male Patients used 5% concentration,female Patients used 2% concentration,and received enrollment education and lifestyle adjustment suggestions.The experimental group was treated with external application of Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo on the basic treatment Plan,and the control group was treated with shampoo matrix without traditional Chinese medicine components.This study was treated for 12 weeks.The changes of hair diameter variation rate,new hair score,inflammation score,itching,greasy,scale score and skin disease quality of life score(DLQI)before and after treatment were compared.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated and adverse reactions were recorded.SPSS26.0 was used to analyze the data of the two groups.Results:1.According to the principle of grease removal and hair growth,the Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo was prepared.2.Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo can effectively inhibit 5α-reductase activity,the inhibition rate was 83 %.3.Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo can effectively inhibit Malassezia,three groups of bacteriostatic ring average diameter 15.83 mm4.In the treatment of AGA,the effect of 60 times hair microscope on improving the variation rate of hair diameter(P< 0.05),new growth hair(P < 0.01)and relieving scalp inflammation(P < 0.01)was significantly better than that of minoxidil tincture alone.5.Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo was superior to shampoo matrix in improving greasy(P < 0.05),scale(P< 0.01),DLQI(P < 0.05),total score(P< 0.01)and effective rate.6.Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo has no obvious advantages in improving the variation rate of hair diameter,itching and alopecia at Baihui Point.conclusion:1.It is safe and effective in the treatment of AGA with Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo.2.The curative effect of AGA in Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo combined with minoxidil tincture is better than that of minoxidil tincture alone3.Ruhuo removing grease and growth hair shampoo can inhibit the excessive propagation of various microorganisms,anti-inflammation and improve hair growth;reduce the concentration of dihydrotestosterone in the hair follicle,and promote hair growth.It is a possible mechanism for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. |
