Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis By Herbal Cake Moxibustion At Eightpoints

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiba Liao acupoint medicated cake moxibustion in the treatment of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,so as to provide a convenient and effective and painless method for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and expand the clinical treatment approach.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with moxibustion.The patients in the treatment group were treated with herb-cake separated moxibustion at Baliao points,once a day,10 times as a course,totally 3 courses of treatment were required in the two groups.COX dysmenorrhage symptom Scale(CMSS),visual analogue scale(VAS)and cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome score were observed before and after three courses of treatment,and the comprehensive efficacy was finally evaluated and analyzed.Results:Of the 72 cases included in this study,3 cases fell off due to needle fear in the control group;In the treatment group,2 cases fell off due to time reasons and 1 case fell off due to physical reasons,and 66 cases were actually completed.1.Baseline comparison: Before treatment,age,course of disease,CMSS score,VAS score and syndrome score of cold coagulation and blood stasis were compared between the two groups,showing no statistical significance,indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of the effective rate after treatment: 84.85% in the treatment group and72.73% in the control group,the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of CMSS scores: intra-group comparison: CMSS scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between groups: the CMSS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).4.VAS score comparison: Intra-group comparison: the VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between groups:treatment group after treatment of VAS score lower than the control group(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of syndrome scores of cold coagulation and blood stasis: intra-group comparison: Syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between groups: The syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).And the treatment group in the lower abdomen pain,the color purple dark cold,cold limbs,waist ache a single syndrome points lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with ordinary acupuncture,the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis with herbal cake moxibustion at eight scales can better reduce the COX dysmenorrhea Symptom Scale(CMSS)score,reduce visual pain simulation(VAS)score,improve the syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis,and finally achieve the purpose of treating patients with menstrual pain.In addition,Bayao acupoint moxibustion separated by medicine cake is a non-invasive and non-painful treatment method,which is free from pain to patients in the process of treatment and easier to be accepted by patients.
