Clinical Study On Treatment Of Post Stroke Dysphagia With TCM Rehabilitation Optimization Scheme

Objective: Through research and establishment of a complete Chinese medicine rehabilitation program for swallowing post stroke dysphagia,improve the clinical efficacy of the rehabilitation treatment for swallowing post stroke dysphagia and promote the application of Chinese medicine rehabilitation program for swallowing post stroke dysphagia.Methods: A total of 72 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly assigned to TCM rehabilitation optimization group and routine swallowing rehabilitation treatment group with 36 patients in each group.The two groups were treated with the latest recommended drug program and rehabilitation program for diagnosis and treatment,and the treatment group was then treated with the TCM rehabilitation optimization scheme(Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture+ Neck-acupuncture)+ swallowing rehabilitation training on the basis of this treatment.The control group was treated with conventional swallowing rehabilitation therapy,and the treatment course of both groups was 21 days.The main end points were the depression water test and standard swallowing function score,and the secondary end points were the dysphagia specific quality of Life scale,dysphagia evaluation criteria and Barthel index to evaluate the clinical effect.After evaluation and sorting,the scores of each scale of the two groups of patients were obtained.SPSS 21.0 version of statistical software was used for data processing,statistical calculation and analysis,and the difference of data comparison results was statistically significant as P<0.05.Results: 1.The scores of Swale drinking water test,SSA,SWAL-QOL,dysphagia evaluation criteria table and Barthel index in the treatment of post stroke dysphagia were all P<0.05 after the treatment by statistical analysis,indicating that the optimal scheme of TCM rehabilitation has a good effect on patients with post stroke dysphagia.2.By comparing the scores of the depression water test,SSA,SWAL-QOL and dysphagia evaluation criteria between the treatment group and the control group,statistical analysis showed that P<0.05 was significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.The Barthel score of the two groups was analyzed,and the difference between the two groups was P=0.32>0.05.Considering the small sample size and evaluation error and other factors,the difference of Barthel index score of the two groups was not obvious.Conclusion: 1.TCM rehabilitation optimization scheme can significantly reduce the Wadian drinking water test and SSA score of patients with post stroke dysphagia.2.TCM rehabilitation optimization scheme can significantly improve the SWAL-QOL,dysphagia evaluation criteria and Barthel index score of patients with post stroke dysphagia.3.TCM rehabilitation optimization scheme has definite curative effect on patients with post stroke dysphagia,which improves the quality of life of patients.4.The optimized scheme of TCM rehabilitation has no obvious adverse reaction in the clinical treatment process,and it has high safety and clinical application value.
