Purpose:Observing the clinical efficacy of treating dysphagia after stroke by neck-acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, eye acupuncture, combined with rehabilitation training.Material and method:All patients in this clinical study were from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Rehabilitation Center encephalopathy K3 medicine department from May 2014 to March 2016 hospitalized patients, a total of 60 cases. Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group were 30 cases in each group. Both groups underwent routine basic therapy. The treatment group plus neck-acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, eye acupuncture, combined with rehabilitation training; the control group received rehabilitation training therapy alone. Two groups of every 6 days for a course of treatment, each treatment interval of 1 day, after 6 courses, both groups before and after treatment were observed the situation of improvement of swallowing function.Results:Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups: the total effective rate of treatment group is 86.67%, higher than 63.33% of the control group, P<0.05. The level of drinking water test in the two groups were all improved, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than control group, P<0.05.Conclusion:1. The neck-acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, eye acupuncture, combined with rehabilitation training can improve the swallowing function of the patients, dysphagia after stroke.2. The clinical efficacy of treating dysphagia after stroke by neck-acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, eye acupuncture, combined with rehabilitation training is better than that of the rehabilitation training alone.
