| ObjectiveIn this study,we comprehensively collected and sorted out the prescription medication information in medical cases,and conducted data mining through the "Vertigo Ancient Literature Database" to analyze the prescription medication law for the treatment of vertigo.Methods(1)Medical case sourceThe "Vertigo Disease Ancient Books Literature Database" was used as the search source,and the search time was from the ancient books from the pre-Qin to the Qing dynasty.(2)Formulating inclusion and exclusion criteriaThe《Vertigo Disease Ancient Literature Database》was used as the search source,The search time limit ranges from the pre-Qin to Qing dynasty ancient books.(?)(3)Establish a databaseThe Vertigo Disease Ancient Literature Database" was used as the search source to screen out medical cases that met the requirements from the pre-Qin to Qing dynasties.Manually collect the patient’s name,gender,etiology,symptoms,composition of Chinese medicine and other medical case information,According to the relevant standard materials of traditional Chinese medicine,"Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Terminology of Traditional Chinese Medicine","Chinese Pharmacopoeia",etc.,the information is standardized for terminology and terminology.and enter it into an Excel table,and construct a database of ancient medical cases of vertigo disease.(4)Data mining and analysis resultsUsing IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and other data analysis software,based on cluster analysis,frequency analysis,factor analysis,association rule analysis and other statistical methods,data mining and analysis of vertigo ancient medical cases are carried out,and the medication rules for the treatment of vertigo in medical cases are interpreted.ResultsFrequency analysis results of traditional Chinese medicine:A total of 1248 medical cases were included,including 470 flavors of single flavor medicine,and the frequency of use was 13020 times.High-frequency Chinese medicines are poria,licorice,angelica,white peony,banxia,tangerine peel,baiju,Fushen,ginseng,chrysanthemum,etc.According to the analysis results of the vertigo ancient medical case database,it can be seen that the database contains a total of 20 Chinese medicine effects.Among them,deficiency tonic medicine,tranquilizing medicine,anti-episodic medicine,phlegm cough and asthma medicine,antipyretic medicine,qi regulating medicine,water infiltration medicine,liver quenching medicine,etc.are commonly used traditional Chinese medicine effects.These TCM effects have a certain efficacy in the treatment of vertigo,and the corresponding TCM can be selected for treatment according to the specific situation of the patient.Analysis results of the four qi of traditional Chinese medicine:from the perspective of drug use frequency,the most is warm drugs,136 drugs account for 26.92%of the total frequency of use,followed by flat drugs,cold drugs,and the least cold drugs.The statistical analysis results of the five flavors:Among them,sweet medicine was the most frequently used,accounting for 48.33%of the total frequency,followed by bitter,spicy,salty,sour,astringent and light.The results of statistical analysis of drug attribution:a total of 10 meridians were involved,and 118 kinds of drugs entered the liver meridian,accounting for 30.42%of the total frequency,which was the most,followed by heart,lung,spleen,stomach,kidney,bladder,large intestine,gallbladder and pericardial meridian.The results of association rule analysis:the former item was set to 1,the lowest confidence was set to 50%,"angelica,astragalus" had the highest confidence,followed by"licorice,astragalus","Fushen,sour jujube kernel",etc.;The previous item is set to 2,the lowest confidence level is set to 70%,and the most relevant drug group is licorice-ginseng and white art.Cluster analysis results:The specific clustering situation is as follows:C1:ginseng,astragalus,white art,licorice,angelica,white peony,cooked ground yellow;C2:Banxia,tangerine peel,poria,ginger,tianma;C3:Fushen,sour jujube kernel,oyster;C4:Chrysanthemum,mulberry leaf,stone cassia,peony peel,fritillary;C5:gardenia,Coptis;C6:Raw ground yellow,wheat dong,dendrobium.Factor analysis:A1:cohosh,astragalus,ginseng,baiju,licorice,chaihu,tangerine peel,angelica;A2:Dogwood,yam,zeppelin,peony peel,cooked rehmania;A3:Sour jujube kernel,Fu Shen,Yuanzhi;A4:Cinnamon,Codonopsis,Chuanxiong,White Peony,Angelica;A5:Tianma,orange,half-summer,hook vine;A6 Shou Wu,Chrysanthemum,Black Bean Coat;A7:Skullcap,gardenia,Coptis astrace;A8:Raw ground yellow,ginseng,aspart,American ginseng;A9:Fritillary,almond,melon;A10:Bamboo ru,swirling flower,citrus fruit;All:Ejiao,oysters;A12:Maidong,Schisandra;A13:Abrasive kernels,incense;A14:Jujube,ginger;A15:antelope horn,hook vine;A16:Zhimu,Yellow Cypress,Tortoise Shell;A17:Sand Yuanzi,Privet;A18:Ox knee;A19:Dendrobium,Citrus aurantium;A20:Calamus,cypress kernel;A21:Magnolia,Patchouli;A22:Laurel branch,aconite;A23:Coix kernel.ConclusionThis study carried out data mining on the drugs in the ancient medical cases of vertigo,and concluded that the drugs for the treatment of vertigo disease are mainly sweet and warm,mainly attributed to the liver and heart meridians,the basic disease mechanism has wind,fire,phlegm,deficiency,outside wind,cold,heat,the treatment method nourishes qi and blood,calms the liver and latent yang,dissolves phlegm and dispels dampness,nourishes the liver and kidneys.In addition to the above-mentioned treatments that meet the basic pathogenesis of vertigo,ancient physicians also often used tranquilizing drugs to treat vertigo.There is no shortage of doctors who use tranquilizers to treat vertigo clinically,and the results of this study can provide clinical experience and support for the theory of tranquilizer vertigo.Therefore,through the multi-angle analysis of medical cases,it is found that the treatment ideas of ancient doctors for vertigo can provide some ideas for clinical practice,and also reflect the significance of sorting and analyzing Chinese medicine medical cases. |
