Clinical Observation Of Anti-bone Joint Pills Combined With Proximal Fibula Osteotomy In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney

Objective: This topic mainly observed the clinical effect of Anti-bone joint pills combined with proximal fibula osteotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(deficiency of liver and kidney)and the clinical effect of proximal fibula osteotomy combined with oral glucosamine sulfate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(deficiency of liver and kidney)By observing the scores of the two groups before and after treatment,we can determine the clinical application value of the combined therapy of Anti-bone joint pills combined with proximal fibula osteotomy and whether it can be popularized.Methods: This study collected a total of patients diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency type)in orthopedics Department of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Haicheng Bone-setting Hospital from October 2020 to September 2022.According to the original planned sample size of 60 patients,72 cases were included,including 32 patients in control group and 32 patients in observation group.The control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate combined with proximal fibula osteotomy,and the observation group was treated with Antibone joint pill combined with proximal fibula osteotomy.6 weeks was a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for a course of treatment.WOMAC score,VAS score,Lysholm score,efficacy evaluation and adverse events of both groups before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed.Results: Due to subjective and objective factors,after eliminating the shedding number,32 people in the observation group and 32 people in the control group completed the whole observation.The total effective rate was 94% in the observation group and 94% in the control group.Statistical software analysis showed significant differences in VAS scores,WOMAC scores and Lysholm scores before and after treatment between the two groups(P< 0.05).There were no significant differences in scores between the observation group and the control group after treatment course and 6 months after follow-up.Conclusion: The combined therapy of Anti-bone joint pills combined with proximal fibula osteotomy has definite efficacy,good safety and convenient administration,good acceptance of proximal fibula osteotomy,short course of treatment,significant efficacy,little trauma,and small economic burden on patients.It is worth promoting.
