Clinical And Experimental Study Of Guning Pill In The Treatment With Osteoarthritis Of Knee Joint

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of GuNing pill effect on rabbitmodels of osteoarthritis cartilage and its treatment of osteoarthritis. Method:35adult NewZealand white rabbits Were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Chinesemedicine group, and glucosamine sulfate group. The knee joint cavity injection of papainmethod to establish the model of knee osteoarthritis. After8weeks of treatment, animalwere killed and observed the morphological changes. To observe GuNing pill in thetreatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical symptoms, and the comprehensive efficacy ofillness and signs and treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency oftraditional Chinese medicine symptoms of deficiency, phlegm retention syndrome. Results:In model group, light microscope and scanning electron microscope showed cartilagedegeneration. Under light microscope, the Chinese medicine group and glucosaminesulfate group had cartilage injury, but is also lighter than model group. Mankin histologicscores were8.6±1.1and8.2±0.8, no significant difference between the two groups.Observation under the scanning electron microscope, traditional Chinese medicine groupand glucosamine sulfate groups appear cracks, holes in the cartilage surface or shallowulcer, but the performance is also lighter than model group. Clinical and experimentalstudy on GuNing pill were completed in60cases (including GuNing pill group30cases,control group30cases), clinical trial results showed: GuNing pill in the treatment of kneeosteoarthritis clinical symptoms, and the comprehensive efficacy of disease signs and thetotal effective rate were93.33%,86.67%,90%(compared with control group86.67%,80%,86.67%) the difference has no statistical significance. And for the treatment of kneeosteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency symptoms of traditional Chinese medicineclinical deficiency, phlegm retention syndrome markedly effective rate and total effectiverate were56.67%and93.33%compared with the control group (50%,86.67%), the difference was not statistically significant. In the improvement of symptom, joint swelling,joint pain, GuNing pill group compared with the control group with significant differences,GuNing pill group than the control group. In the aspect of safety, its clinical use is safe andreliable, stable curative effect, no toxic and side effects, patients can receive priceadvantages. Conclusion: GuNing pill has the therapeutic effect on rabbit models ofosteoarthritis cartilage degeneration. GuNing pill for the treatment of osteoarthritis of kneejoint cartilage degeneration of knee osteoarthritis; TCM symptoms, and the comprehensiveefficacy of illness and signs, has obvious therapeutic effect. Has the curative effect isreliable, stable, easy to use, less side effects, easy to accept characteristics such as pricepatients, should be widely promotion.
