Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Needle Scalpel And Platelet Rich Plasma Injection

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needle-knife surgery combined with platelet-rich plasma injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Select 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Orthopedic Center of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022.According to randomized and controlled research methods,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with needle knife surgery combined with platelet rich plasma injection,and patients were treated with platelet rich plasma intra-articular injection on the day of surgery,1 week,and 2 weeks after surgery.The control group was treated with needle knife surgery combined with sodium hyaluronate injection,while patients were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection into the joint cavity on the day of surgery,1 week,and 2 weeks after surgery.VAS score,HSS score,and Lysholm score were performed before treatment,3 weeks,8 weeks,and 3 months after treatment.Calculate the difference in scores,incidence of adverse reactions,and total effective rate between the two groups of patients before and after treatment at 3 weeks,8 weeks,and 3months.Results:According to statistical analysis,there is no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease of patients,which is comparable.The follow-up results at 3 weeks,8 weeks and 3 months after treatment showed that the VAS score,HSS score and Lysholm score of the treatment group were better than those of the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The VAS score,HSS score and Lysholm score of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the last follow-up,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%.93.3%(P>0.05)of the observation group had no significant difference.Conclusion:1.Needle-knife mirror combined with platelet-rich plasma and needle-knife mirror combined with sodium hyaluronate can effectively improve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis,relieve pain,and improve knee joint function.2.The total effective rate of needle knife mirror combined with platelet-rich plasma is similar to that of needle knife mirror combined with sodium hyaluronate,but the needle knife mirror combined with platelet-rich plasma has a faster and better effect.
