Study On Mechanism Of The Self-Made Chiren Angeng Particles Treatment Of Premenopause And Postmenopause Syndromes (Syndrome Of Disharmony Between Heart And Kidney)

Objective:By observing the clinical comprehensive efficacy of the self-made Chiren Angeng particles in the treatment of premenopause and postmenopause syndromes(syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney),this paper provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease in the future.Methods: From December 2021 to December 2022,which 72 patients diagnosed by TCM with evidence premenopause and postmenopause syndromes(syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney),aged 45-55 years old were randomly divided into 2 groups,with36 cases in each group.Since 8 cases were dropped during the trial,33 cases were actually enrolled in the treatment group,and the self-made Chiren Angeng particles were given,and31 cases were actually enrolled in the control group,and Kuntai capsules were given.After taking the drug for 8 weeks,the changes of TCM syndrome score,Kupperman score,serum FSH value,LH value and other indicators were observed before and after medication,and statistical analysis was carried out.Results:Comparison of comprehensive efficacy,the total effective clinical treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was 87.88% and80.65%,which was statistically significant after testing(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,serum LH value,FSH value and Kupperman score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,indicating that the treatment plan of both groups had definite efficacy and was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome,serum LH,FSH and Kupperman scores of the two groups decreased significantly more than those in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the self-made Chiren Angeng granular in the treatment of premenopause and postmenopause syndromes(syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney)was remarkable,among which the TCM symptoms of the treated group were more obvious,and the serum FSH value,LH value and Kupperman score were significantly reduced.The self-made Chiren Angeng granular are superior to Kuntai capsules in the treatment of premenopause and postmenopause syndromes(syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney),especially in the main symptoms of hot flashes and sweating,restlessness and secondary insomnia,dreaminess,waist and knee soreness,irritability,tinnitus symptoms(P<0.05),and the effect of the two groups is similar in improving menstrual disorders or even amenorrhea,dizziness and forgetfulness.
