The Clinicla Observation On Erzhigengnian Decoctionin Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome Of Disharmony Between Heart And Kidney

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Er-Zhi-Geng-Nian for disharmony between heart and kidney of perimenopausal syndrome and explore its mechanism.Methods:60 cases of patients of disharmony between heart and kidney of perimenopausal syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,the treatment group of 30 cases were treated with the Chinese medicine of Er-Zhi-Geng-Nian,the control group of 30 cases were treated with Funingkang capsule.4weeks was a treatment course and observe two courses;the two groups were observed before and after administration of the main symptoms to improve the situation,level change of serum E₂,FSH,LH.To anlyse the effect of Chinese medicine .Results:1.Clinical effect: the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%, the total effective rate of control group was 83.33%(P<0.05).2.Symptom score compared:after the treatment,the treatment group and the control group decreased their symptom score(P<0.05), and the contrast differences between the two groups before and after treatment there is obviously a significant(P<0.05).Suggesting that the role of symptom improvement of the treatment group significantly better than the control group.3.The main symptoms of comparison :the two groups before and after treatment the main symptoms are both effective,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.Sex hormone comparison:the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of sex hormone E₂ both increase but no significant(P>0.05),sex hormone FSH and LH declined in varying degrees,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).To say that the teatment group and control group can be up to some extent at higher E₂ levels and lower FSH and LH levels,but without statistical significance.Conclusion: The decoction of Er-Zhi-Geng-Nian has extremely precisely therapeutical effect on disharmony between heart and kidney of perimenopausal syndrome.And Er-Zhi-Geng-Nian can significantly improve the patient's main symptoms;increase E₂ to some extent,lower FSH and LH levels.Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome are effective .
