| Objective: To select the patients with non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)as the research objects,adopt the method of randomized controlled trial,and relieve the symptoms of acid reflux,heartburn,stomach distension and anxiety of NERD patients through viscera massage treatment.In addition,TCM symptom score scale,acid vomiting disease(Gastroesophageal reflux disease)score scale,anxiety and depression score scale and other methods were used for clinical evaluation,providing scientific basis for viscera massage treatment for the liver and stomach depression NERD.Methods: A total of 60 patients with non-invasive reflux disease(NERD)were selected as the study objects.The randomized controlled trial was conducted and divided into the treatment group(visceral massage group)and the control group(rabeprazole combined with moxapride citrate group).The quantified treatment data of the two groups were analyzed.Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom Score Scale,acid vomiting disease(gastroesophageal reflux disease)main symptom score scale,anxiety and depression score scale were used to compare the efficacy.After the end of the experiment,through the statistical software SPSS22.0,through the quantitative data changes to objectively explain the advantages and disadvantages of the two groups of treatment methods,and then the viscera massage treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(liver and stomach heat stagnation type)to make a comprehensive,objective,scientific overall evaluation.Results:After treatment,a total of 60 cases completed the experiment,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.treatmentIn the group,5 of it were cured,20 of it were effective,4 cases were effective,1 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.7%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,2cases were effective,24 cases were effective,4cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.7%.By comparison,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease.1.TCM syndrome Score ScaleThe total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the scores of individual symptoms were significantly improved in the treatment group after the end of treatment(P<0.01),except for retrosternal burning pain in control group(P>0.05)and other symptoms were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significant advantages in heartburn,retrosternal burning pain,abdominal distension,belching,regurgitation,easy hunger and irritability(P<0.01),the therapeutic effect of acid reflux and epigastric burning pain,in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index score(GIQLI score)Conscious symptoms,physical and physiological functions,mental state,social activities and special diseases were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.01);Compared between the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group in terms of mental state and special diseases(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in physical function and social activity between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of efficacy(HAD score)for anxiety and depressionAnxiety scores decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Depression scores decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving depression after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the process of treating NERD,Zan-fu massage has a clear improvement effect on TCM syndrome score,GIQIL score and HAD score in patients with NERD,and the clinical effect is more significant,which is worth promoting in clinical practice. |
