Efficacy Of Cardiac Rehabilitation In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: For patients with chronic heart failure(Chonic Heart Failuer,CHF),the cardiac function index and quality of life after cardiac rehabilitation treatment were observed.Thus,the clinical efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation exercise in patients with chronic heart failure is preliminarily explored.Methods: Patients with chronic heart failure from the cardiac Rehabilitation Center of The Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the cardiology department of Jilin Provincial People’s Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected.Based on sample size assessment,68 subjects in expected,34 in the study group and 34 in the control group.The control group was treated with a conventional drug treatment regimen.The study group underwent 2 weeks of cardiac exercise rehabilitation based on conventional drug therapy.Compare the N-terminal type B natriuretic peptide before and after the test(N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor,NT-Pro BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(Left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF),LV end-systolic volume(Left ventricular end systolic volume,LVESV),the 6-minute walk test(6-minute walking test,6 MWT)distance and hemodynamic parameters include: cardiac output(cardiac output,CO),the output per blog(Stoke volume,SV),cardiac index(Cardiac index,CI)and the Minnesota HF Quality of Life Scale(Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale,MLHFQ)Scale score(Table 1).Results: 1.A total of 68 study subjects,a total of 68 study subjects,4 cases,4 cases of control group,excluding cases,30 cases,30 cases were included in the analysis,and all the test process,and have collected the general data of both groups(age,gender,BMI,blood pressure,blood pressure,heart rate,complications,and smoking history),the difference(P>0.05)2.The study group and the control group improved the 6MWT distance after 2 weeks of exercise rehabilitation treatment compared with that before the treatment,and the study group significantly increased the 6MWT distance after exercise rehabilitation treatment compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The NT-Pro BNP level decreased after 2 weeks of exercise rehabilitation treatment compared with before the treatment,and the NT-Pro BNP level decreased more significantly in the study group after exercise rehabilitation treatment compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The difference between LVEF and LVESV and before treatment after 2 weeks of exercise rehabilitation(P>0.05).5.The hemodynamic indexes of CO,SV and CI of the study group and the control group were improved after 2 weeks of exercise rehabilitation treatment compared with before the treatment,and the difference between CO,SV and CI in the study group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).6.The MLHFQ score of the study group and the control group decreased after 2 weeks of exercise rehabilitation treatment compared with before the treatment,and the MLHFQ score of the study group was significantly lower compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Except for the shedding patients,the two selected CHF patients successfully completed the trial,and there was no arrhythmia,angina pectoris and acute exacerbation of heart failure in the exercise rehabilitation course,which led to the termination of the exercise rehabilitation treatment.Conclusion: 1.Cardiac rehabilitation exercise can improve cardiac function and exercise tolerance in CHF patients,and can improve the 6 MWT distance of patients and reduce the NT-Pro BNP level in plasma,and have significant short-term efficacy.2.Cardiac exercise rehabilitation can improve exercise tolerance and relieve anxiety and depression through quantitative exercise prescription.3.Cardiac rehabilitation exercise is not obvious to improve the hemodynamic yield parameters,LVEF and LVESV values in CHF patients,indicating that the short-term cardiac rehabilitation exercise is not effective in improving the rational remodeling of heart disease caused by heart failure.
