Objective:This study aims to study the relationship between various blood lipid indexes and each syndrome type of ischemic stroke by using statistical methods, hoping to provide a clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods:Clinical collection from October 2021 to October 2022 during the diagnosis of ischemic stroke hospitalized patients, collect the clinical data, ensure that the need to use lipid index data is complete, and then meet the standard of 199 patients according to their different syndrome type into 5 groups, respectively,on the wind fire disturbance syndrome group, blood stasis syndrome group,qi deficiency wind syndrome group, phlegm heat closed syndrome group. Then, the correlation between blood lipid and syndrome types in the selected cases was analyzed using SPSS25.0 software, using one-way analysis of variance, then group comparison, pairwise comparison of each syndrome type, and then pearson correlation analysis between each syndrome type and blood lipid level, with significant difference at P<0.05.Results:Results of the intergroup analysis of plasma total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),P<0.05,There was a significant difference,There was no difference in triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),P>0.05,The results suggest the correlation of plasma total cholesterol and LDL on ischemic stroke syndrome type,The effect of plasma total cholesterol on wind, sputum collateral resistance syndrome, syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency and sputum fever closure syndrome of ischemic stroke,The correlation of triglycerides on wind sputum obstruction in ischemic stroke,The correlation of LDL on wind, sputum and collateral obstruction syndrome,qi deficiency, blood stasis syndrome, and sputum and fever closure syndrome in ischemic stroke,HDL did not affect any syndrome type of ischemic stroke,pearson-Association Analysis Results:Total plasma cholesterol and the syndrome type of ischemic stroke were inversely correlated(P=0.039<0.05,r=-0.147<0),LDL was negatively associated with the syndrome type of ischemic stroke(P=0.048,r=-0.140<0),Triglycerides and HDL were not associated with the syndrome type of ~1ischemic stroke. Conclusion:There is some correlation between various components of blood lipid and different types of ischemic stroke.Total cholesterol was associated with wind sputum obstruction syndrome, sputum fever closure syndrome,Yin deficiency, wind dynamic syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;LDL was associated with wind sputum obstruction syndrome,qi deficiency, blood stasis syndrome, and phlegm fever obstruction syndrome. There is no association between HDL and ischemic stroke classification, and a possible association between triglycerides and wind sputum obstruction needs further exploration. The TC and TG associated with"sputum"were higher than normal values and higher than other groups.Although LDL-C was within the normal range, the sputum-related syndrome type was higher than other syndrome types, indicating that"sputum"related syndrome types are more likely to develop dyslipidemia than patients with other syndrome types. Both the plasma total cholesterol and triglyceride group were higher than the wind sputum blocking syndrome group, indicating that the blood lipid and sputum heat pathological factors are more closely related than the wind sputum.
