The Eighth Division Shihezi Medical Community Information Construction Present Situation And Evaluation

Objective:This study takes Shihezi Medical Community of the Eighth Division as the research object.On the basis of field research,it summarizes the current situation of information construction of Shihezi Medical Community of the Eighth Division.According to the national ’ county medical community informatization construction level evaluation standard ’,the current situation of Shihezi medical community informatization construction was evaluated.From the perspective of the supplier,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the cognition and satisfaction of the medical community informatization construction of the medical staff,and the factors affecting the dissatisfaction of the medical staff were further analyzed.To explore the characteristics and existing problems of the informatization construction of Shihezi Medical Community of the eighth division;put forward the strategy of continuously improving the information construction of the medical community,in order to provide practical reference for the future information construction of the whole corps and the Shihezi medical community of the eighth division.Methods:Through the literature research method,the literature related to the information construction of the county medical community is collected,and the information construction of the medical community in Shihezi City is analyzed as a typical case.The field survey method is used to collect the documents and related data related to the information construction of the medical community.Through the semi-structured interview method,we further understand the current situation,shortcomings and future prospects of the information construction of Shihezi Medical Community;according to the evaluation criteria,based on expert scoring method,radar chart evaluation method and rank sum ratio method,the current situation of medical community informatization construction in Shihezi City was comprehensively evaluated.From the perspective of the supplier,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the cognition and satisfaction of medical staff on the current situation of medical community informatization construction.Statistical description,factor analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the questionnaire data.Results:1.The current situation of medical community information construction in Shihezi City of the Eighth Division : integrating 21 grass-roots hospital information systems,establishing a unified medical community information platform,and continuously standardizing and improving the information system of member units in the medical community in a ’ four unified ’ way.The infrastructure construction,resource sharing,convenience services,comprehensive benefits and other status quo are well constructed,showing continuous development and achieved certain results.2.Based on the expert scoring method,radar chart evaluation method and rank sum ratio method,the current situation of the informatization construction of the medical community in Shihezi City of the Eighth Division is good,and it has been fully done in the aspects of organizational system,establishment of standards,overall design and guarantee mechanism.The level is basically consistent with the evaluation criteria;secondly,the comprehensive level of application construction and basic resources is acceptable.However,the comprehensive level of resource integration,interconnection and integration is far from the standard,and there are some deficiencies.3.The satisfaction score of medical staff on the current situation of medical community informatization construction was 3.95 ± 0.78,which was in the general satisfaction category.Through single factor analysis,it is concluded that there are differences in the satisfaction of medical staff in different departments and different titles to the information construction of medical community.Through factor analysis and multiple linear regression,it is concluded that the factors affecting the satisfaction of medical staff on the informatization construction of medical community are work development and self-development.Through multiple linear regression analysis,it is concluded that medical staff are not satisfied with the information construction of medical community in terms of diagnosis and treatment information awareness,diagnosis business development and work pressure.4.Interview results : The relevant leaders of the information construction of the medical community interviewed believed that the information construction of the medical community in Shihezi City of the Eighth Division had achieved certain results in facilitating people ’s services,information interconnection and resource sharing,and facilitated patients ’ medical treatment,but there were problems such as difficulty in system connectivity,inadequate implementation of information functions,and lack of talents.Conclusion :The informatization construction of Shihezi Medical Community has achieved initial results.Some indicators have reached the standard level issued by the National Health Construction Commission,such as organizational system,overall design and guarantee mechanism.However,there is a gap between some indicators and the standard level,such as the establishment of network credibility system,information fusion,hospital information service,grass-roots health information service,two-way referral,telemedicine,family medical service,and new technology application.It is necessary to continue to work hard,combined with the basic situation and needs of Shihezi Medical Community,especially as a pilot unit for the construction of the Corps Medical Community,and strive to develop into an excellent and demonstration unit as soon as possible,so as to provide reference for the development of the Corps and Xinjiang County Medical
