Objective: To explore the related risk factors of acute kidney injury in patients with acute heart failure(AHF).Methods: Patients with AHF who admitted to Wuhu Hospital Affiliated to East China Normal University from January 2021 to March 2022 were retrospectively collected and divided into AKI group and non-AKI group according to whether AKI occurred during hospitalization.Basic data, previous medical history, relevant experimental examination indicators, first left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)values, and clinical medication were collected from the two groups.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for AKI,draw the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC),analyze the predictive value of related risk factors by the area under curve(AUC)of ROC.Results: A total of 160 patients with AHF were collected, including 40 had concurrent AKI,with an incidence of 25%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that cystatin C(OR=1.874,95%CI: 1.319-2.660,P<0.001),NT-pro BNP(OR=1.643,95%CI:1.275-2.139,P=0.022),LVEF(OR=917,95%CI: 0.862-0.975,P=0.006),was an independent risk factor of AKI in patients with AHF.The ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of cystatin C was 0.874(95%CI:0.820-0.928)with the optimal cut-off value of 1.385 mg/l,sensitivity of 95% and specificity of 64.2%;the AUC of NT-pro BNP was 0.836(95%CI:0.774-0.897)with the optimal cut-off value of 4311pg/ml,sensitivity of 92.5% and specificity of 59.2%.Conclusion: The incidence of AKI in AHF patients was high, the levels of cystatin C and NT-pro BNP in the AKI group were significantly increased, which have certain predictive value for the occurrence of AKI.
