Objective: Based on TCM theory,combined with modern clinical research,application of statistical methods of scientific and clinical study of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of phlegm fire disturbing heart arrhythmia,ventricular premature beat of the discussion from the lifting theory.Methods: 60 cases in accordance with the standard of admission were taken as the observation object and divided into the treatment group and the observation group.The treatment group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with western medicine Betaloc,and the control group was treated with a western medicine with betaloc.4 weeks as a course of treatment,observe the clinical effect and compare the effect of two groups.Results: The group of Chinese medicine Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with the combined therapy group has good synergistic effect.Therapeutic effect of the treatment group in the early curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect,TCM symptom score,total score of TCM symptoms and other aspects are better than the control group.Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with metoprolol in the treatment group therapeutic room premature,whether it is western medicine or Chinese medicine curative efficacy were better than the control group,no other adverse reactions and the treatment process.
