Objective:To explore the application of Internet+whole course management model in adolescent patients with non-suicidal self-injury behavior.Method:A total of 100 adolescent NSSI patients were recruited from November 2021 to April 2022in the outpatient and inpatient department of psychology of a Grade III hospital in Shihezi District. They were randomly divided into Internet+total course management group and routine management group, with 50patients in each group. After grouping, the control group adopted conventional management mode, and the intervention group adopted conventional management plus Internet+whole-course management mode.General data of NSSI patients in two groups were collected. The score data of adolescent non-suicidal Self-injury Assessment Questionnaire(ANSAQ),the Resilience Scale of Chinese adolescent(RSCA),Simple Coping Style Scale(SCSQ)and Chinese adolescent Social Support Scale(CASSS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HDMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMD)were collected at three time points:before enrollment,3months and 6 months. The number of patients in the two groups who had not completed the management content for more than 5 times was recorded, and their treatment compliance was evaluated after comparison. After 6 months of management,3 people in the intervention group and 5 people in the control group could not adhere to the follow-up due to their own reasons.Due to force majeure factors,7 people in the intervention group and 10 people in the control group lost their lives.Finally,40 people were actually involved in the intervention group and 35 people in the control group.Statistical software SPSS26.0 was used to analyze the data.Measurement data to normal distribution(x+s)said, comparison between the two groups using independent sample t-test,non-normal distribution of measurement data using nonparametric rank and inspection, the results to the median(P25,P75);Statistical data were compared between the two groups usingχ2 test.Repeated measurement data conforming to normal distribution were analyzed by repeated measurement variance analysis and simple effect analysis.P<0.05 meant that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender, age and education level between the Internet+total course management group and the conventional control group(P>0.05).2.Repeated measurement analysis of variance:There was no significant difference in the scores of ANSAQ,RSCA,SCSQ and CASSS between the two groups at the time of enrollment (P=0.277,0.733,0.912,0.924,0.524,0.872).There were intergroup effect(P<0.001,<0.001,0.007,0.012,0.046,<0.001),time effect(P<0.001,<0.001,<0.001,<0.001,<0.001,<0.001)and point in time*grouping effect(P<0.001,<0.001,<0.001,<0.001,<0.001,<0.001).Simple effect analysis shows:(1).The total score of ANSAQ scale in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional control group at the 3rd month(P=0.011)and the 6th month(P<0.001).(2).The total score of RSCA scale in the intervention group showed no statistical difference compared with the conventional control group at the 3rd month of enrollment(P=0.055),but was significantly higher than that in the conventional control group at the 6th month of enrollment(P<0.001).(3).The scores of SCSQ positive coping dimension in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the 3rd and 6th month of enrollment(P<0.001).(4)The total CASSS scale score of the Internet+total course management group was significantly higher than that of the conventional control group at the 3rd and 6th month(P<0.001).(5)The total scores of HDMD and HAMD in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the 3rd and 6th month(P<0.001).3.After analyzing all items of ANSAQ scale in the two groups before and after management, the number of patients in the intervention group who stopped cutting(P=0.021)and stabbing(P=0.013)was significantly higher than that in the control group.4.Before and after management, the total reduction rate of ANSAQ scale in the intervention group was effective(29.63%),while that in the control group was invalid.5.Before and after management, the five factors of goal focus(P<0.001),emotion control(P<0.001),positive cognition(P<0.001),family support(P<0.001)and interpersonal assistance(P<0.001)in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The increase values of subjective support(P<0.001),objective support(P<0.001)and support utilization(P<0.001)of CASSS scale in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group.6.The number of patients who did not complete the management content for more than 5 times in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.004),and the treatment compliance in the intervention group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion:Compared with the conventional psychiatric management mode, the Internet+whole-course management mode can better reduce the non-suicidal self-injury behavior of adolescent patients with non-suicidal self-injury behavior, increase mental resilience, improve the positive coping style, social support and treatment compliance.
