Research On The Management Of Organ Donation After The Death Of Chinese Citizens

As an important medical technology,organ transplantation has gradually developed into an important treatment for patients with organ failure.At present,the clinical technology of organ transplantation in China is developing rapidly.And the level of transplantation technology,the amount of transplantation subjects and the survival rate are at high level.However,the contradiction between supply and demand caused by the shortage of donor organs is becoming increasingly prominent.Since 2015,voluntary organ donation has become the only channel for organ transplantation in China.However,the proportion of organ donation after the death of Chinese citizens is at a comparatively lower level in the world,and the ratio of supply to demand ratio is about 1:30.The serious imbalance between supply and demand of organs needs to be solved urgently.In this paper,the management status of organ donation management institutions is taken as the starting point.Based on the investigation of the organ donation process in J Province,the development of organ donation in J province is taken as an example.The questionnaire method and interview method are used to understand the public cognition of organ donation and the status quo of organ donation after the death of citizens,and then find out the problems.From the perspective of the Doctrine of Four Principles(respect for autonomy,non-maleficence,beneficence,justice),Theory of Attitude Change,ERG Theory,and Collaborative Governance Theory,by analyzing the current problems in organ donation management,the reasons for the imbalance between supply and demand of organ donation in J province and even the whole country is studied.And reasonable reference for the management of organ donation after the death of Chinese citizens is provided.Currently,there are various problems which are found "before,during and after" the organ donation,such as the weak willingness of the donor to participate in organ donation,the lack of awareness of the donation channel process,and the unmet demand for donation incentive.Meanwhile,the public are not clear about the recognition of the bioethical spirit of organ donation,and the level of organ donation management has not reached the social psychological expectation.And the current content of organ donation incentive is not scientific.In-depth analysis is conducted on those problems.Besides,by combining theoretical research and the experience of advanced provinces,the management countermeasures of organ donation after the death of Chinese citizens are proposed to provide ideas and suggestions for improving the organ donation rate after the death of Chinese citizens.The measures include below content: improve the positive understanding of organ donation by potential donors,strengthen the multi-dimensional construction of organ donation management subjects,and optimize the service functions for organ donors and their families.
