| In recent years,sleep problems have become an increasingly prominent global public health issue.Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy have unique advantages in treating insomnia,but invasive treatment methods such as acupuncture are difficult for a large proportion of patients to accept or adhere to.Wu’s Shallow Needling Therapy,as a non-invasive treatment method,has shown good efficacy in treating sleep problems in clinical practice and has been listed as a Fujian provincial intangible cultural heritage project.However,the difficulty of performing Wu’s Shallow Needling Therapy has limited its popularity,and there is currently a lack of digital research on "Wu’s Shallow Needling Therapy".In this study,modern information technology was used to investigate the basic characteristics of "Wu’s Shallow Needling Therapy" during the treatment process.The study collected data using posture data collection equipment during Wu’s Shallow Needling Therapy treatment and then used wavelet analysis to denoise the raw data.Fourier transformation,Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT),and Pyramid algorithm were then used for further analysis and feature extraction.Finally,the sleep aid shallow needling instrument was used to reconstruct the features obtained from the experimental study onto the shallow needling instrument.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Development of vibration signal data collection and acquisition equipment for Wu’s shallow acupuncture.Existing studies have shown that the vibration of shallow needles is the mechanism of shallow needle stimulation of acupuncture points.In this paper,a shallow needle vibration and pressure acquisition device was developed by studying existing vibration acquisition schemes and combining scenarios of shallow needle treatment,which can acquire vibration data and pressure data of Wu’s shallow needle treatment technique during treatment without basically satisfying the conditions that do not affect the normal operation of doctors.In this paper,we used a shallow needle vibration and pressure acquisition device to collect data during the treatment of "Wu’s shallow needle treatment" in collaboration with Professor Wu Binghuang of the Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Province.(2)Wu’s shallow acupuncture posture feature extraction.After the preliminary analysis of the original data,the vibration signal was found to have noise signal,and the noise reduction experiment was conducted on MATLAB using wavelet analysis technique,and the sym4 wavelet with unbiased thresholding rule for shallow needle vibration signal was proposed with good noise reduction effect.The experiments are conducted by two algorithms,FFT(Fourier transform)and HHT,to obtain the basic characteristics of the vibration signal.Then the vibration data of the three maneuvers are decomposed by the tower algorithm to study the differential characteristics of the three maneuvers,and it is found that they show different distributions after energy normalization.(3)Development of a sleep-aiding shallow acupuncture instrument imitating Wu’s shallow acupuncture technique.In this paper,we analyze the existing treatments for sleep problems and acupoint stimulation methods,and develop a shallow needle instrument for sleep aid,taking into account the limitations of the actual treatment.This paper combines the acquired basic characteristics to simulate shallow needle stimulation of acupuncture points by controlling the vibration motor,and realizes the simulation of Wu’s shallow acupuncture method of tonic,laxative and flat tonic and flat laxative in terms of vibration characteristics.In this research,the vibration data of Wu’s shallow needle treatment technique and its vibration characteristics were obtained,and the preliminary digital analysis was completed.The development of the sleep-aiding shallow needle instrument provides a new method for the popularization of the Wu’s shallow needle therapy technique for treatment. |
