Research On Internal Control Of Medical Equipment In NF Public Hospitals

With the continuous deepening of the national medical reform,cancellation of consumables,and medical insurance DRG paid have been introduced.The survival and development of public hospitals also face great risks and challenges.Public hospitals have a large amount of medical equipment and high amounts,and their costs are also large for purchase,maintenance and update.There are many management departments and internal control risks involved.The internal control of medical equipment in public hospitals is particularly important and urgent.This article selects NF public hospital as a case research object to study the internal control of its medical equipment.According to the status of the medical equipment of the NF public hospital,the current status of internal control construction,etc.,combined with the results of the hospital’s questionnaire survey and field visits,I found that the internal control of the NF public hospital’s medical equipment was controlled at the unit level.At the same time,the problems of medical equipment budget control,procurement and acceptance,use and maintenance,and scrap disposal process are analyzed at the business level.In response to the problems discovered,analyze the reasons for it,and put forward the following problems and suggestions for solving problems.At the unit level,we must improve the internal control awareness of leaders and employees,strengthen human resource management,and improve the smoothness of the information communication system;equipment,please purchase the process and performance analysis management mechanism,standardize the procurement and acceptance process of medical equipment,improve the medical equipment procurement and acceptance management system,and build a medical equipment procurement information platform to achieve information sharing.The relevant suggestions of this article can not only provide a certain reference for the improvement of the internal control of the medical equipment of the NF public hospital,but also to improve the internal control system,especially the internal control of medical equipment,to improve the internal control system of the same type of public hospital.
