Objective To explore the effect of Fracture Liaison Service on patients with hip fragility fracture in the domestic medical environment where intelligent nursing has been popularized. To develop a fracture liaison service model suitable for operation in the intelligent nursing environment,so that it can play a more full role under the assistance of electronic information equipment,to provide a new way and direction for the intervention of patients with hip fragility fracture in China, and to promote the formation of patients with anti-osteoporosis self-management and self-supervision awareness by electronic information health guidance.Incorporating a a better and healthier lifestyle into daily life ultimately reduces the risk of secondary fractures in patients. Methods The study subjects were selected from hip fragility fracture patients admitted to orthopedics department of a tertiary hospital in Inner Mongolia. The enrolled patients were all hospitalized from January 2022 to August 2022 for concurrent surgical treatment.Convenience sampling method was used for sampling, and the subjects were divided into two groups by semi-random grouping method: 49 cases in the control group(conventional intelligent nursing group)and 48 cases in the intervention group(fracture liaison service combined intelligent nursing group). All subjects received intelligent nursing care. The control group was not superimposed with other nursing modes, and the intervention methods of the intervention group were as follows: established a intelligent nursing combined 3i H-FLS team, developed a fusion plan of intelligent nursing and 3i H-FLS process, and conducted combined nursing for enrolled patients with hip fragility fracture according to the three steps of 3i H-FLS(Identify,Investigate and Initiate). After discharged, the patients were guided to fall, medication and other intervention measures by Internet and electronic means. The intervention was carried out for 6 months.During the study, the general information questionnaire was used to collect patients’ information, and the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale was used to evaluate patients’ medication compliance at the end of 1 month of intervention/the end of 3 months of intervention/the end of 6 months of intervention. The John Hopkins Fall Risk Assessment Tool and the Euro Qol five-dimensions Assessment Tool were used to assess patients’ fall risk and patients’ quality of life at admission/ the end of 3months of intervention/the end of 6 months of intervention; At the end of 6 months after the intervention, the number of secondary fractures and the number of patients whose bone density was tested in the two groups were collected. The above data were statistically analyzed by IBM SPSS 25.0 to observe the differences between the two groups,so as to evaluate the intervention effect. Results 1.There were no significant differences in baseline data(including age, sex, body mass index BMI,length of hospital stay, side of affected limb, surgical procedure, years of education and family economic status)between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2.At admission, there was no statistical difference in the fall risk score between two groups(P > 0.05),and the fall risk score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group at the end of 3 months and 6 months of intervention, with statistical significance(P <0.05);3.At admission, there were no statistical differences in quality of life scores(EQ-5D-3L score and EQ-VAS score)between the two groups(P > 0.05).At the end of 3 months of intervention, there were statistical differences in EQ-5D-3L score between the intervention group and the control group(P < 0.05),so as the EQ-VAS score between the two groups(P <0.05).The intervention group was better than the control group. At the end of 6 months of intervention, the EQ-5D-3L score of the intervention group and the control group were statistically different(P < 0.05)and the EQ-VAS score were statistically different(P < 0.05).The intervention group was better than the control group.4.Medication compliance scores of the two groups were statistically different at the end of 1month / 3 months / 6 months of intervention(P < 0.05),and the intervention group was better than the control group;5.There was no significant difference in the incidence of secondary fracture between the two groups(P > 0.05).6.In terms of bone mineral density detection rate, the intervention group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions 1.The intervention mode of intelligent nursing combined with fracture liaison service can promote the quality of life, medication compliance and bone density detection rate of patients with hip fragility fracture, and reduce the risk of falling.2.The combination of intelligent nursing and fracture liaison services was not found to be effective in reducing the risk of secondary fractures during the 6-month intervention period.
