| Objective: By observing the efficacy of Tui-Na combined with Amu-Ri-6 in the treatment of pelvic floor relaxation constipation(Yang deficiency constipation)and comparing it with Amuzhi-6 alone, the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was analysed to verify the effectiveness and safety of the combined therapy. Methods: Patients with pelvic floor relaxation constipation(Yang deficiency constipation)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases each in the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with Tui-Na combined with Amu-Ri-6,while the control group was treated with Amu-Ri-6 only.7 days were used as a course of treatment, with a total of 3 courses of treatment. The difference in clinical symptoms of constipation, the change in stool quality and the change in the quality of life of the constipated patients were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The data were collected and collated for statistical analysis using SPSS24.0.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age and duration of illness, and the comparison requirements were met.2.Post-treatment scoring status:(1)CSS scores after treatment were lower in both groups than before treatment,respectively(P<0.05),and CSS scores after treatment were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).This indicates that both methods were effective in relieving the severity of constipation, and the treatment group was superior.(2)The post-treatment quality of life scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the total scores after treatment in the treatment group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).This means that both methods were effective in improving QOL and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(3)Both groups had lower stool quality scores after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),with the treatment group showing greater efficacy(P<0.05).A comparison of the core symptom scores showed that the treatment group outperformed the control group in four aspects: nature of stool, effort to defecate, sensation of falling, and frequency of defecation(P<0.05),and the treatment group was comparable between the two groups in two aspects: defecation time and abdominal fullness.3.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.005<0.05),with the treatment group outperforming the control group.Conclusion:1.Combination therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of constipation, effectively reduce the effort of defecation, the feeling of falling, abdominal distension and abdominal pain, improve the nature of stool, the frequency of defecation, and shorten the duration of defecation. And it can significantly reduce the degree of worry, alleviate the psychosocial problems and improve the quality of patients’ survival.2.The efficacy of Tui-Na combined with Amu-Ri-6 in the treatment of pelvic floor relaxation constipation(Yang deficiency constipation)is better than that of Amu-Ri-6 treatment alone, safe and effective, with no side effects. It is safe and effective, with no side effects. This effective method can be promoted. |
