| Purpose: This study by observing the Mongolian qi anshen pill with moxibustion therapy light,medium-sized depression after stroke(post strokedepression,PSD)the effect of patients with clinical symptoms and serum brain derived neurotrophic factor(Brian-derivedneurotrophicfactor,BDNF),5 The change of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)level verified the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen Pill combined with moxibustion on mild and medium PSD,and clarified some of its mechanism of action,providing a useful reference for clinical.Methods: 120 patients with PSD were randomly divided into Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen pills treatment group,moxibustion treatment group,Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen pills combined with moxibustion treatment group and Deilixin control group,with 30 patients in each group,4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total course of treatment.Before treatment,treatment 2 weekends,4 weekend and 4,respectively,at the weekend after treatment with Hamilton depression scale(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD),stroke scale(NIHSS Nationallnstituteof Healthstrokescale,),antidepressants anti enzyme-Linked Immuno sorbent assays(ELISA)assay was used to detect serum BDNF and 5-HT levels before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results:1.Mongolian Medicine Shunqi Anshen Pill combined with moxibustion has the anti-depressive effect,and the results of HAMD-17 are analyzed as follows:(1)Intra-group comparison: After 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,4 weeks after treatment,Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen Pill treatment group,moxibustion treatment group,Mongolian medicine combined with moxibustion treatment group,and Dailixin control group,HAMD-17 scores were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: The Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen Pill treatment group and moxibustion treatment group had significant differences compared with the control group for 2 weeks,4 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen Pill combined with moxibustion and control group(P > 0.05)after 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.2.The effect of Mongolian Medicine Shunqi Anshen Pills combined with moxibustion on stroke was analyzed as follows according to the results of NIHSS score:(1)Intra-group comparison: NIHSS scores in Shunqi Anshen Pill treatment group,moxibustion group,Mongolian medicine combined moxibustion group and control group were significantly lower than before treatment for 2 weeks,4 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison among groups: There was no statistical significance between the Shunqi Anshen pills group,moxibustion group and Mongolian medicine combined moxibustion group compared with the control group for 2 weeks,4 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively(P > 0.05).3.Mongolian Medicine Shunqi Anshen Pills combined with moxibustion can improve the clinical effect of PSDClinical efficacy was analyzed by total effective rate,and the results were as follows: The total effective rates of Shunqi Anshen Pill for 4 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were86.87% and 93.33%,respectively,the total effective rates of moxibustion group were 89.29%and 96.42%,respectively,and the total effective rates of Mongolian medicine combined moxibustion group were 92.86% and 96.42%,respectively.The total effective rates of the control group were 96.43% and 96.42%,respectively.There was statistical significance between Shunqi Anshen Pills combined with moxibustion and Shunqi Anshen Pills and moxibustion groups(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical significance between Shunqi Anshen pills combined with moxibustion and control group(P > 0.05).Clinical efficacy side effects were analyzed using SERS score,and the results were as follows:(1)Intra-group comparison: There was no significant difference between Shunqi Anshen pills group,moxibustion group and Mongolian medicine combined moxibustion group compared with control group for 2 weeks,4 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison among groups: There was no statistical significance between the Shunqi Anshen pills group,moxibustion group and Mongolian medicine combined moxibustion group compared with the control group for 2 weeks,4 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively(P > 0.05).4.Mechanism of Mongolian Medicine Shunqi Anshen Pills combined with moxibustion against depressionThe pathogenesis of PSD is related to serum 5-HT and BDNF,and the results are as follows:Serum 5-HT detection:(1)Intra-group comparison: The serum 5-HT level in Shunqi Anshen Pills group,moxibustion group,Mongolian medicine combined with moxibustion group and control group was significantly increased after 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: After 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen Pill group and moxibustion group were significantly different from the control group(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between Mongolian medicine combined with moxibustion treatment group and control group(P >0.05),there were significant differences between Mongolian medicine group and moxibustion combined with Mongolian medicine group,moxibustion group and Mongolian medicine combined with moxibustion group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Serum BDNF detection:(1)Intra-group comparison: After 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the serum BDNF level in Shunqi Anshen Pill treatment group,moxibustion treatment group,Mongolian medicine combined with moxibustion treatment group and control group was significantly increased compared with that before treatment,with statistical significance(P <0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: After 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,there was statistical significance between Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen Pill treatment group and moxibustion treatment group and control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between Mongolian medicine combined with moxibustion treatment group and control group(P > 0.05).There were significant differences between Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen Pills group and moxibustion treatment group and Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen pills combined with moxibustion treatment group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Mongolian Medicine Shunqi Anshen Pill combined with moxibustion can treat stroke and post-stroke depression in patients with mild and medium PSD,without adverse drug reaction.In addition,Shunqi Anshen pills combined with moxibustion in the treatment of PSD can increase the levels of serum 5-HT and BDNF,which may be part of the mechanism of its treatment of PSD.Mongolian medicine Shunqi Anshen Pill combined with moxibustion in the treatment of PSD is effective,safe and effective,can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the economic burden of patients,and has practical significance. |
