ObjectiveTo explore the effect of auricular acupuncture pressing with post-stroke dysphagia through meta-analysis.The program was applied to the patients with dysphagia after stroke, and the purpose is to evaluate the implementation effect of this program in order to provide better services for patients with Post-stroke Dysphagia.Methods1.To understand the effect of auricular acupuncture pressing on swallowing function, quality of life, incidence of malnutrition and stroke related pneumonia of patients with post-stroke dysphagia through meta-analysis.2.Under the guidance of symptom management theory, the intervention program of auricular acupuncture pressing with post-stroke dysphagia constructed through literature research, group discussion and Delphi expert inquiry.3.Through the randomized control method, the patients with post-stroke dysphagia who join in the test were divided into two groups: one group received the basic treatment of neurology, including nursing and daily swallowing function training, and another one accepted the auricular acupuncture pressing plan. After the 2-week intervention, the intervention effect was evaluated using the water swallowing test, the standard functional swallowing scale, patient health questionnaire, and the specific swallowing disorder quality of life scale.Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS25.0 software. The analysis methods mainly include statistical description, independent sample t-test,paired sample t-test,chi-square test, and non-parametric rank sum test.Results1.Meta analysis results showed that auricular acupuncture pressing could improve the swallowing function and make the quality of life of patients to a certain extent, cutting down the incidence rate of malnutrition and stroke-associated pneumonia. However,it is necessary to build a complete, scientific and reasonable implementation plan.2.The content of the proposed scheme includes the following seven aspects :(1)Who: the operator;(2)Where: implementation site;(3)Whom: people receiving the intervention method;(4)When: duration of intervention method;(5)What: specific content;(6)How: how to implement;(7)Outcome measures: Kendall harmony coefficients for the importance and maneuverability of the first round of expert correspondence were 0.72 and 0.77,respectively,with an authority coefficient of 0.83,The Kendall harmony coefficients for the importance and maneuverability of the second round of expert correspondence were 0.59 and 0.53,respectively,with an authority coefficient of 0.87,(W)was >0.35(all P<0.05),showing the result of the inquiry were fine.3.Research progress: 74 subjects were included in this study,2 cases were lost during the intervention period, due to the loss of follow-up of one case in the intervention group and one case in the control group respectively,72 subjects were finally included in the research and statistical analysis.including 36 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the intervention group. The results of the randomized controlled trial are as follows: After 2 weeks of intervention, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of Water Swallowing Test grading, standard swallowing function scale scores, patient health questionnaire scores, specific swallowing disorder quality of life scores, and the incidence of stroke associated pneumonia was statistically significant((P<0.05).ConclusionsThe implementation scheme of Auricular Acupuncture Pressing under the guidance of symptom management theory has the advantages of scientific integrity, simple operation and reasonable content, which can be an effective supplement to swallowing training for patients with dysphagia after stroke.
