Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training treating for the recovery phase post-stroke patients with dysphagia and to discuss the value of the Surface Electromyography(sEMG).Methods: Though Kubota drinking water test,90 post-stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into three groups, five cases fall off in the process of intervention. So 85 cases were analyzed.Acupuncture group was A(28cases),conventional rehabilitation training was B(29cases),acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation training was C(28cases),each object of study was evaluated before and after intervention 4 weeks, using standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA)and the methods of surface electromyography(sEMG)to assess, analyzing the curative effect of A,B,C groups.Results:(1)In the aspect of the evaluation, there was no statistical difference between three groups before treatment(p>0.05),Three groups of SSA and sEMG scores after treatment, the difference statistically significant(p<0.05),it was turned out that acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation training to improve dysphagia of the recovery phase post-stroke is better than the only acupuncture or conventional rehabilitation training;(2)At the end of the 4 weeks, the sEGM(the average amplitude and peak)and SSA scores of three groups patients was improved than before(p<0.05)and after treatment,sEMG(the average amplitude and peak)and SSA scores on acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation traing is superior to the simple acupuncture group or conventional rehabilitation training group(p<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation training can be used to improve dysphagia of the recovery phase post-stroke and sEMG has certain application value in terms of swallowing disorder.
