Objectives:To explore the needs of pregnant women with GDM for home self-management support and their willingness to use AI robots.On this basis,build the home self-management support program based on AI robot for pregnant women with GDM,and verify the clinical application effect of this program.Methods:(1)12 pregnant women with GDM who met the standards in a grade A maternal and child health care hospital in Zhenjiang were selected as the research objects,and the qualitative research method was adopted to explore their needs for home self-management support and their willingness to use AI robots.(2)By referring to relevant books and literature,build the draft of the home self-management support program based on AI robot of pregnant women with GDM;the expert meeting is held to revise and improve the draft content to form the final plan.(3)80 pregnant women with GDM who met the standards were selected for the study,40 cases each in the control and observation group.The control group conducted home self-management under the guidance of the MDT,and the observation group used the hospital patent achievement AI robot to assist self-management on the basis of the control group.The intervention time was from the diagnosis of GDM to the end of delivery.Results:(1)The results of quality researchBy analyzing the interview data of 12 pregnant women with GDM,extracting four themes of their home self-management support needs:(1)information support needs;(2)lifestyle management needs;(3)disease monitoring needs;(4)emotional support needs.11 of them expressed a willingness to use the AI robots for self-management.(2)The results of program constructionThe program constructed a multi disciplinary team as the implementer;with the AI robot as the main implementation tools;With signs management support,lifestyle management support,information support,follow-up management and others as the main contents;With self management ability,the compliance rate of blood glucose and weight control,adverse perinatal outcomes,anxiety level and the AI robot’s usage and satisfaction as the evaluation index.(3)The results of empirical researchAll 80 included pregnant women with GDM completed the study,and the basic data,self-management ability and generalized anxiety levels were comparable in both groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of self-management ability and the compliance rate of blood glucose and weight control(P<0.01,P<0.05);In terms of adverse perinatal outcomes,although there was no statistical difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,PROM,polyhydramnios,premature birth,fetal intrauterine growth restriction and neonatal asphyxia in the two groups(P>0.05),the observation group’s incidence of cesarean section,gestational hypertension,LGA and neonatal hypoglycemia was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);In terms of the generalized anxiety scores,although both groups had higher post-intervention scores compared to pre-intervention,the increase in the observed group showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the increase in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.01);Besides,each woman in the observation group used AI robot for 86 days,the functional satisfaction with the robot was 95%,the application effect satisfaction rate was 97.5%,the team management service satisfaction was 100%.Conclusions:(1)The needs of pregnant women with GDM for home self-management support are diversified,according to the patient’s needs and the development trend of The Times,it is necessary to explore and build the home self-management support program based on AI robot of the Pregnant women with GDM.(2)The self-management support program based on AI robot helps to improve the home self-management ability of pregnant women with GDM,help them control their blood glucose and weight effectively,relieve their anxiety,and improve pregnancy outcomes...
