| Background Platelet rich plasma(Platelet-rich plasma,PRP)has entered the clinical application stage in many fields of medicine, especially in the field of muscle and bone, because it is simple, economical, safe, and minimally invasive, when injection release high concentrations of growth factors and cytokines, contribute to the healing of tendon and tendon sheath cells, and used to trigger finger has potential benefits. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with tenosynovitis of flexor tendon. Methods Randrandomly selected 90 patients with tenosynovitis admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022,According to the random number table method randomly divided into observation group is 29 cases in group A,Control group 1 was the 31 patients in group B,Control group 2 as group C for 30 cases,Patients in group A underwent PRP injection combined with intramuscular application,Group B was treated with triamcinolone plus lidocaine injection alone,Group C was treated with PRP injection alone,In the three groups,on day 3,week 1,week 3,week 6 visual analog pain score(VAS),side and finger circumference, finger joint mobility before and after treatment, and the measured and theoretical values,Quinnell score and arm shoulder hand disability score(DASH),total response rate, and adverse reactions and recurrence. Results In the observation group, the visual analogue scores on day 3 and week 1 after treatment, the affected and healthy finger circumference between the 1st and second weeks after treatment,Range of motion of the finger joints before treatment,No difference between Quinnell score and disability score, adverse effects and recurrence and the control group(P>0.05),However,the visual analog score at the 3 and 6 weeks after treatment, the difference between the affected side and the 3 and 4 weeks after treatment,Range of motion of the finger joints after the treatment,Measured and theoretical values of the grip strength and average grip strength index in the three groups,The treatment Quinnell score, arm and total response rate of treatment and control group were significantly(P <0.05).Conclusion Platelet-rich plasma combined with muscle patch treatment Ⅱ,Ⅲ degrees of digital tendon stenosis tenosynovitis can significantly relieve finger pain, swelling and promote its functional recovery, but can lead to finger pain, swelling and dysfunction,3weeks after some degree of improvement.3-5 times platelet-rich plasma concentration by apheresis could significantly relieve the pain of patients with tenosynovitis of flexion tendon Ⅱ and Ⅲ,and the pain and swelling of the affected finger disappeared 2 weeks after the three injections. |
