display.Summarize the papers and literatures of Professor Wu Bingcai on the treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes;By using databases such as CNKI,Wanfang and Chaoxing Digital Library 50 times, followed by the lung meridians, stomach meridians, spleen meridians, kidney meridians and heart meridians. The meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine mainly consists of five zang organs, including large intestine, bladder and gallbladder.Research conclusion:1.The occurrence of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes are based on the five Zang organs, among which the kidney is the origin of the disease. On the basis of the deficiency, the manifestations of dampness, heat, depression and blood stasis appear.2.Syndrome and treatment classification can be divided into four categories:(1)Zang-fu organ disorders:the syndrome is classified into kidney Yin deficiency syndrome, kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, kidney Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome, liver and spleen(stomach)disharmony syndrome, heart liver and blood deficiency syndrome, heart and spleen deficiency syndrome, heart and lung Yin deficiency syndrome, heart and kidney disharmony syndrome;(2)Damp-heat syndromes:including spleen deficiency damp-heat syndrome, liver meridian damp-heat syndrome, upper jiao damp-heat syndrome, three jiao damp-heat syndrome;(3)Superficial syndroms:including too few syndroms of two senses, superficial deficiency of feng shui syndrome;(4)Throat manifestations:wet temperature laryngeal obstruction syndrome, spittoon stagnation differentiation and treatment ideas of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes are to cure the disease, which is in the five zang organs;Treat from dampness, treat dampness disease;Start with the throat, good grasp the key;Pay attention to symptoms, treatment points successively;Attach importance to emotion, flexible treatment;Pay attention to pulse diagnosis, according to the pulse syndrome
