Study On The Mechanism And Syndrome Treatment System Of Apoplexy Based On The Theory Of "Brain Marrow And Shen Ji"

Objective: In this study,a systematic retrospective study of the theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" and its clinical application was conducted.The application degree of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" theory in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of apoplexy was mined through relevant clinical data,and its academic value and significance for the diagnosis and treatment of apoplexy was discussed.It is hoped that the theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" can be integrated into the syndrome differentiation and treatment of apoplexy,so as to further improve and reconstruct the mechanism and syndrome treatment system of apoplexy.Methods:1.Medical record data mining method:This topic collected 1873 cases of stroke patients in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and neurology Department of Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the past two years,selected 357 acupuncture prescriptions and 213 TCM prescriptions related to the theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji",and analyzed and discussed through Excel and other statistical software.2.Discussion on the theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" into stroke pathogenesis certificate and treatment system:(1)On the previous "Brain marrow" theory and "Shen Ji operation" theory,and refined;(2)using the "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" theory to explain the symptoms of stroke common clinical symptoms,and put forward the corresponding treatment method;(3)explore the correlation between the "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" theory and the relevant medical theory or theory,and explain the "Xuanfu-Shen Ji" theory,"Shen Ji and existence of qi " theory," brain nerve-electrical signal " theory.1.Medical record data mining results(1)Data mining of acupuncture prescription:A total of 357 acupuncture prescriptions were collected and analyzed,involving 86 acupoints,and the total frequency of acupoint selection was11030 times.The high-frequency acupoint with the frequency of acupoint selection ≥150 times is Hegu(LI 4),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Zusanli(ST 36),Quchi(LI 11),Baihui(DU 20),Shuigou(DU 26),Shenting(DU 24),Taichong(LR 3),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Touwei(ST 8),Lianquan(RN 23),Taixi(KI 3),Jiaji(EX-B2),Yintang(DU 29)and Shangxing(DU 23)and so on,a total of 31 points.The distribution of high frequency meridians was mainly Yangming meridians of hands and feet(26%),Governor’s pulse(23%)and foot Taiyin and spleen meridians(13%).The use of hand-foot Yangming meridian points was 2078 times at most,with a frequency of 28.45%;The second was Governor’s pulse acupoint selection for 1735 times,the frequency of use was 23.75%.It shows that the legislation of acupuncture treatment for stroke is mainly about "promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction" 、 "inducing resuscitation".It also indicates that the acupuncture treatment of apoplexy is closely related to Yangming meridian and Governor’s pulse.(2)Traditional Chinese medicine prescription data mining:A total of 96 TCM were included in 213 TCM prescriptions,and the total frequency of use was 3247 times.High frequency Chinese medicines that are used more than 30 times include Astragalus membranaceus,licorice,Ligusticum ligusticum,Gastrodia elata,red Peony root,Rehmannia Radix...Night cross vine,wolfberry total 31 kinds.The analysis of drug properties of high frequency drugs showed that tonic drugs were mainly used in clinical medicine,with frequency of 1282,accounting for 50.37% of the total frequency.Only 5.23% of drugs were used for awakening the mind and opening the body,and the frequency of use was low.The frequency of the use of the drug was 331 times,accounting for 10.19% of the total frequency.It shows that the application of clinical Chinese medicine is mainly invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction,and tonifying kidney and filling lean marrow.Some doctors begin to pay attention to the application of "inducing resuscitation" drugs.2.Discussion on the mechanism and syndrome treatment system of apoplexy with the theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji"(1)The theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" includes two parts: "Brain marrow regulation" and "Shen Ji operation".The Brain marrow is composed of the essence of qi,blood and body fluid,Results:which is closely related to the function of the governor pulse.The brain is the source of the genesis of the "Shen Ji",The main physiological function of "Shen Ji" is the regulation of human life activities.The operation of the "Shen Ji" is the functional performance of the brain and the regulating of human life activities,while the "Shen Ji" needs to rely on the channels of the brain,meridians and collaterals and substances such as qi,blood and body fluid as the material basis for transport,and the carrier is mainly Yang Qi.When the shape of the brain is damaged,the functioning channel of the "Shen Ji" or the essence of Qi,blood and body fluid that nourishthe brain is abnormal,any of its links are disturbed,which will lead to the generation of diseases.(2)The common clinical symptoms of apoplexy can be explained reasonably by the theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji".The two common syndromes of apoplexy were analyzed and discussed in this paper.In the guidance of post-stroke dementia,epilepsy and other disorders of the mind,one is due to the brain germinal function is damaged,brain tissue receives less information,so there is a decline in memory,can not recognize people and other performance.Secondly,because of the wrong information exchange between the brain and the regulated tissues and organs,it will lead to epileptic and mental manifestations similar to the "abnormal brain discharge" described in modern medicine;It can be classified as regulation of muscle function in the direction of limb movement function(upper and lower limb muscle groups),swallowing function(lingual and pharyngeal muscle groups),spastic hemiplegia(spasmodic state of muscle)after stroke.Using the theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" to analyze,can also be divided into two cases to explain.The first condition is brain injury,which leads to the loss of the brain’s control of the motor sensation of each part of the muscle.The second condition is that the meridians at the lesion are blocked(or the brain is damaged),that is,the pathways of the "Shen Ji" transport are blocked,so that the Shen Ji of the brain and the affected muscle group cannot exchange information,and there are spasm,paralysis,numbness and other phenomena of different muscle groups.As for other post-stroke syndroms,such as post-stroke speech function,audio-visual dysfunction,etc.,the "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" theory can be used to explain more reasonably.The main points of interpretation include the following two aspects: one is the abnormal exchange of information between the brain "Shen Ji" and the functional parts of the machine target;Second,the pathway of the operation of the "Shen Ji" is blocked(or brain damage),resulting in abnormal brain control of the "Shen Ji".(3)The theory of "Xuanfu-Shen Ji " and this theory both hold that "Shen Ji" is of great importance to human body,but the former does not further analyze the operation mode of Shen Ji.By comparing the theory of "Shen Ji and existence of qi","Brain marrow and Shen Ji" theory extracts the argument that "Yang qi" is the carrier of "Shen Ji" operation.The theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" is consistent with the theory of "brain nerve-electrical signal" in modern medicine,and conforms to the physiological and pathological views of modern medicine.Conclusion:1.The theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" includes two parts: "Brain regulation" and "Shen Ji operation".The brain is the source of "Shen Ji",the main physiological function of the "Shen Ji" is to regulate the human life activities;The operation of "Shen Ji" is the function of brain regulation of human life activities.2.Applying the theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" to explain the clinical symptoms of apoplexy can be explained more perfectly,and establish the rules and regulations.The key to its pathogenesis include:brain damage,pulse stasis,abnormal operation of the “Shen Ji”;The main principles and methods of its treatment include: wake up god enlightened,warm Yang tong Du,moisten the brain and so on.so it is of great significance to guide clinical acupoint selection and medication.3.The construction of the mechanism and syndrome treatment system of apoplexy based on the theory of "Brain marrow and Shen Ji" is in line with the innovation demand of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,and the theory has important value in guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment of apoplexy.
