Research On The Construction Of Rural "Internet+Medical Health" Service In Guzhang County

The continuous expansion of "Internet +" applications has created a new development opportunity for solving farmers’ health deficit and optimizing farmers’ health services.Through the development of "Internet + medical health" in rural areas of Guzhang County,with the help of two major medical and health information platforms,"General Practitioner Assistant Robot" and "E-Health Telemedicine System",it has provided hundreds of thousands of medical and health information for the farmers,basically achieved "minor illnesses not in villages and serious illnesses in counties".In order to understand the current situation of "Internet + medical health" service construction in rural areas of Guzhang County,on the one hand,a questionnaire survey was conducted on local farmers,SPSS25.0 software was used to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,and chi-square test was used to analyze the usage of different respondents.The results show that farmers have low utilization rate and satisfaction,mainly non-core diagnosis and treatment services such as "information inquiry" and "reservation registration".There were also significant differences in usage due to age,education,and occupation.On the other hand,we conducted semi-structured interviews with the staff of the medical and health institutions in Guzhang County,and learned that the supporting management system of "Internet + medical health" has not yet been introduced,the evaluation mechanism needs to be improved,the source of development funds is single,and there is a lack of training for medical personnel.From the supply and demand sides,we know that the current rural "Internet + medical health" service construction in Guzhang County is still in its infancy,and it faces difficulties such as imperfect policies and regulations,extreme shortage of development funds,serious shortage of compound talents,and low acceptance of farmers.Therefore,in order to promote the construction of "Internet + medical health" services in rural areas of Guzhang County,the research proposes the following countermeasures:improve the "Internet + medical health" policies and regulations,build a diversified investment pattern,compound talent training system,strengthen online health education and social publicity and promotion of "Internet + medical health".
