Objective:1.This paper takes the Six Classics as the basic framework to discuss the treatment of lower syndrome;2.Take the Six Classics as the key line to explore the law of Xia Li’s six classics treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Method:Using the literature research method,based on “Miscellaneous diseases originate from rhinoceros” and“Popular theory of cold injury”,with reference to relevant ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,such as “Introduction to Typhoid Fever”,“True Biography of Medical Science”,“Internal and External Injuries on the discrimination of confusion”,“Danxi mind method”,“body type essential” and “Six Books of Typhoid Fever”,The concept and origin of Xiali were sorted out,the common Xiali syndrome types were included into the classification framework of the Six Classics,and the related symptoms,etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome types,treatment and prescription characteristics of Xiali were discussed,and the rules of differentiation and treatment of the six classics of Xiali were summarized.Result:1.Xia Li can appear in all the six menstrual diseases,and its main pathogenesis and syndrome treatment are as
