Objective: Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is one of the important factors causing back and leg pain, the disease repeated, lingering, and with the change of people’s living habits and work habits,in today’s society presents a trend of younger and younger, and the incidence is increasing every year, more and more affect people’s normal life.In this study, patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type were selected as the research object, and acupuncture at five transfusion points guided by human ying and Qi Kou pulse method and conventional acupoint acupuncture were used to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,so as to compare the difference in clinical efficacy.Based on previous studies,it is intended to take "people ying Qi Kou pulse" as the theoretical basis and "five acupoints" as the starting point.Further improve the application of acupuncture in "five transfusion points",in order to improve the curative effect of acupuncture in "lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type" and summarize the basis of point selection. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups in a 1:1ratio,with 30 cases in the experimental group(pulse guidance group)and30 cases in the control group. The pulse method group adopted the human and air port pulse method to guide the acupuncture treatment method, and the control group adopted the acupuncture conventional acupoint treatment method. The Western medicine of the study subjects refers to the "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation" issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2012,the Chinese medicine refers to the 2012 "Diagnostic Efficacy Standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms",and the symptom diagnosis refers to the "Diagnostic Efficacy Standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases",the specific operation is as follows;Test group:diagnose pulse, measure pulse ratio(pulse/breath>5 is irritable),see if there is irritability, and then select the meridians of the upper limbs or the meridians of the lower limbs.Comparing the pulsation of the two parts of the human greeting and the air port, according to the person greeting the yang, the air mouth and the yin can know that the large human welcoming pulse is yang disease, and the large air port pulse is yin disease, and then take the disease side, that is,the side with the large pulse, compare the guan pulse and the guan qian one point, and then select the corresponding five infusion points on both sides according to Table2-1 for acupuncture, and carry out the corresponding laxative manoeuvre after entering the needle, leaving the needle for 30 min.The above supplement operation is: exhale slowly, enter the needle should be shallow, leave the needle climate, inhale and exit, press to close the needle hole; The operation of the laxative method is: inhale quickly, enter the needle deeply, suck and breathe, shake the needle out,and do not close the needle hole. The control group selected acupoints according to the convention, the main acupoints were kidney Yu,large intestine Yu,A is acupoint and committee, and the supporting acupoint was diaphragm Yu.First, the skin of the acupuncture area is disinfected with 75% alcohol, and then a 0.3mm×40mm acupuncture needle of the Huatuo brand is used to pierce the skin, and when the needle tip is angry, the method of "Ping Tong Ping Diarrhea" is used.Leave the needle for 30 min.In both groups, both groups were given once a day for 7 times(1 day intermittently),and a course of treatment for 7 days for a total of 2 courses. After treatment, the PRI,VAS and PPI indexes were evaluated respectively.Follow-up was performed after3 months. Results: 1.Gender,age and course of disease were treated statistically before treatment.JOA score,VAS score;PRI scores and PPI scores were not significant(P>0.05),indicating a comparison between the two subjects.2.There were significant differences in JOA scores,VAS scores,PRI scores and PPI scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),indicating that acupuncture on the five acupoints guided by person-to-person Qi-opening and pulse method and ordinary acupuncture could both improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.3.After treatment,JOA score,VAS score,PRI score and PPI score of the two groups were compared. The JOA score,VAS score,PRI score and PPI score of the pulse method group were significantly different from those of the ordinary acupuncture treatment group(P < 0.05),indicating that in terms of improving the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,The therapeutic effect of acupuncture on the five acupoints guided by the method of human facing qi mouth and pulse is superior to that of ordinary acupuncture.4.The comparison of the clinical effect after treatment between the two groups showed that the total effective rate of acupuncture on the five acupoints guided by the method of embracing qi and the pulse was 93.33%,while the total effective rate of the ordinary acupuncture treatment group was 86.67%,the former was significantly higher than the latter. The results showed that acupuncture on the five acupoints guided by the method of treating Qi and pulse was superior to ordinary acupuncture in improving clinical efficacy and overall symptoms(P < 0.05).5.Long-term curative effect observation: Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in lumbago(JOA)score,VAS score,PRI score and PPI score after 3 months of treatment compared with that at the end of treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on the five acupoints guided by human-oriented Qi-Kou-mai method was stable; The low back pain(JOA)score,VAS score,PRI score and PPI score 3 months after treatment in the ordinary acupuncture treatment group were significantly different from those at the end of treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the ordinary acupuncture treatment group was gradually declining. There were significant differences in lumbago(JOA)score,VAS score,PRI score and PPI score 3 months after treatment between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the long-term effect of acupuncture on the five acupoints guided by the man-facing Qi-kou-pulse method was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture treatment group. Conclusion: For patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with qi stagnation and blood stasis, the therapeutic effect of acupuncture guided by person-ying and Qi-kou pulse method is better than that of simple ordinary acupuncture treatment, which can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients, shorten the treatment time of patients, adjust the qi and blood of patients’ viscera, improve the body condition and improve the quality of life.
