| In recent years,the price of medical services in China has skyrocketed,far exceeding not only the GDP growth,but also far higher than the average social wage level.If left unchecked,the situation could lead to unaffordable health care funds.In addition,some unreasonable government pricing will also lead hospitals to pursue higher profits,so as to make up for the lack of income from low-profit projects.In the past,medical insurance payments were based on project payments,but this practice led to overdiagnosis and treatment in hospitals,which had a negative impact on society.In response,the Finance Ministry has taken steps to ease the funding shortfall by allowing hospitals to provide more medicines and special services.The phenomenon has grown worse over the past few years as hospitals have increased drug prices,leading to a growing problem of unreasonable charges by medical institutions.For this phenomenon,the government began to try to reform the structure of medical payment.DRG payment has become one of the trends of the reform of the payment mode of medical security.For patients,the cost and flat payment of DRGS can lead to more economical medical care.DRG payment is an important performance evaluation tool,which can not only help health care workers better implement diagnosis,but also help them choose the best treatment strategy more carefully,thus saving more money.In addition,it can help the government to better monitor the quality of medical services and thus better support the health of patients,thus ensuring that the government’s financial position is better maintained.Therefore,DRG payment is gradually being widely adopted.The implementation of the DRG payment reform enables hospitals to take targeted measures according to the specific medical history of patients,accurately evaluate the patient’s medical history,and take relevant measures to reduce the hospitalization cost of patients,shorten the discharge cycle of patients,and also help to better manage the cost,improve the patient’s medical experience,and better comply with the relevant service standards.The purpose of this study is to group the patients in the hospital,determine the standard reference value of each group according to the case grouping and process cost,and further analyze the specific factors that lead to the excessive cost of patients in the hospital from the two aspects of treatment items category and treatment process.In order to improve the processing efficiency and cost control ability of sample hospitals,the improvement measures are put forward to solve the existing problems.By improving medical service standards and procedures,the financial burden of patients can be reduced,so as to effectively promote the implementation of DRG payment reform. |
