| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zheng’s “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, and to provide clinical basis for the clinical application of this acupuncture treatment of urinary incontinence. Methods: A total of 60 female patients with stress urinary incontinence who met the inclusion criteria were divided into light, moderate and severe according to the 1-hour urine pad test urine leakage and urinary incontinence grade evaluation, and then they were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with“Jin gou diao yu”acupuncture, and the control group was treated with electroacupuncture.1 day per day,6 days as a course of treatment, one day of rest at the end of a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment. The 1-hour urine pad test urine leakage,ICI-Q-SF scale score and urinary incontinence grade changes were observed in the two groups before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and statistically analyzed.Results:1.Grading of the severity of urinary incontinence: Compared with before treatment, the severity grade of urinary incontinence was decreased in the two groups(P <0.05).Compared with the two groups after treatment, the improvement degree of the “Jin gou diao yu” group was better than that of the electroacupuncture group(P <0.05).2.Urine leakage in 1-hour urine pad test: Compared with before treatment, the urine leakage in both groups decreased(P <0.05).After treatment, compared with the two groups, the reduction of urine leakage in the “Jin gou diao yu” group was significantly better than that in the electroacupuncture group(P <0.05).3.ICI-Q-SF scale score: Compared with before treatment, the ICI-Q-SF score of both groups decreased(P <0.05).After treatment, the reduction of ICI-Q-SF score in the “Jin gou diao yu” group was significantly better than that in the electroacupuncture group(P <0.05).4.Comparison of efficacy: After treatment, the total effective rate was 86.8% in the “Jin gou diao yu” group and 80.0% in the electroacupuncture group, and there was no statistically significant difference by test(P >0.05).The healing rate was 66.7% in the “Jin gou diao yu”group and 43.3% in the electroacupuncture group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Both “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture and electroacupuncture can effectively reduce the severity of urinary incontinence, reduce urine leakage, relieve clinical symptoms, and improve the quality of life. The clinical effect of “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture on female stress urinary incontinence is better than that of electroacupuncture group. |
