Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Stress Urinary Incontinence

Objective:Treatment of perimenopausal stress urinary incontinence by acupuncture point threads.The number of 72-hour urinary incontinence,the changes of the 1-hour urine pad test and the summary table of the International Urinary Incontinence Advisory Committee questionnaire(ICI-Q-SF scale)of the patients before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action are discussed.This study aims to better play the advantages of acupuncture point thread embedding,improve the quality of life of patients with stress urinary incontinence,improve clinical efficacy,enrich the theory of acupuncture point thread embedding,and provide more effective and safe treatment methods for patients with perimenopausal stress urinary incontinence.Methods:A total of 66 patients with perimenopausal pressure urinary incontinence who were treated in the Acupuncture Department and Gynecology Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Due to culling and shedding,60 effective cases were included,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted acupuncture point embedding method and treated once a week;The control group was treated three times a week by ordinary acupuncture.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks,followed up at week 8.The effects of the two treatments on the leakage of urine incontinence in perimenopausal stress disorder were compared by counting the number of 72 hours of urinary incontinence,the change in the amount of incontinence in the 1-hour urine pad test,and the ICI-Q-SF scale score.Results:1.Both acupuncture point thread burial and ordinary acupuncture treatment of perimenopausal stress urinary incontinence had clinical efficacy,the total efficiency of acupuncture point thread group was 93.3%,the total efficiency of ordinary acupuncture group was 66.7%,and the efficacy of acupuncture point thread group was better than that of ordinary acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The two groups were compared within the group,and the changes in the number of urinary incontinence before and after treatment,the amount of urinary incontinence in the 1-hour urine pad test,and the score of the ICI-Q-SF scale had significant differences(P<0.01),It was suggested that the two groups could alleviate the leakage of perimenopausal stress urinary incontinence.The two groups were compared between groups,and the 72-hour reduction in the number of urinary incontinence before and after treatment,the change in the amount of urine leaked in the 1h urine pad test,and the ICI-Q-SF scale scores were significantly different(P<0.01).It was suggested that acupuncture point threads have advantages in improving the number of 72-hour urinary incontinence,urine leakage in the 1h pad test,and ICI-Q-SF scale scores.Conclusion:Acupuncture point threads are effective in the treatment of perimenopausal stress urinary incontinence,which is an effective method for the treatment of perimenopausal stress urinary incontinence,which is worthy of clinical promotion and research.
