Based On Data Mining Exploring The Medication Rule Of Modern Literature And Director Wang Xinbin In Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective:Based on data mining technology,Chinese medicine prescription for primary dysmenorrhea(PD)treated by last decade literature and Director Wang Xinbin will be analyzed,to analyze the medication characteristics of both drugs in the treatment of PD.Combined with the learning experience from the teacher,the clinical experience of the supervisor in the treatment of PD was summarized,and the TCM treatment ideas and methods of the disease were improved and optimized,so as to provide reference for the TCM clinical treatment of PD.Method:Search clinical research literature published in CNKI,Wanfang,and Vip databases in the past decade on the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat PD,Extract the prescription information of traditional Chinese medicine and input it into Excel.and then input into the TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)after normative sorting,and the distribution of syndrome types,drug efficacy and frequency,scent normalization and prescription dosage were analyzed.Core drug pairs were extracted based on association rules and new prescriptions were generated.2.Clinical medical cases of PD patients treated by tutors from October 2020 to October2022 were collected,and Excel database was established,which was normalized and input into the TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)to establish the platform database.Patients’ age distribution,syndrome distribution,drug efficacy and frequency,four-qi,fiveflavor and channel tropism,prescription dosage were counted,and core drug pairs were extracted based on association rules to obtain new prescriptions.3.The mining results were analyzed respectively to explore the correlation between the drug use characteristics of the two,and based on the teacher experience and literature study,the academic thoughts of the supervisor in the treatment of PD were summarized.4.I will write three classic medical cases of my mentor treated PD.Result:1.Literature mining results: A total of 385 prescriptions were included in this study,including 22 syndrome types and 176 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of4321 times.The main syndrome types are cold blood stasis syndrome(56.10%)and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(34.55%).High frequency Chinese medicines include angelica sinensis,ligusticum Chuanxiong,Rhizoma corydalis,Radix paeoniae alba,licorice,Radix paeoniae alba,Wulingzhi,cinnamon,bulbushtail and cumin.The main syndrome types are cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome(56.10%)and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(34.55%).High frequency traditional Chinese medicines include angelica,chuanxiong,corydalis,white peony,licorice,corydalis,red peony,wulingzhi,cinnamon,typha,fennel;The efficacy classification is mainly based on reinforcing deficiency drugs(30.09%)and promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis drugs(28.94%).The main drug properties are warm(48.50%),mild(22.87%),and cold(19.70%).The main drug flavors are pungent(34.92%),bitter(28.95%),and sweet(27.85%).The drugs mostly enter the liver(26.56%),spleen(19.84%),and heart meridians(17.26%).The prescriptions included in the study contained 11 TCM on average,and the dosage of TCM was mostly 10 g and 15 g.The core of the drug combination drugs for rhizoma corydalis,angelica and rhizoma chuanxiong,radix paeoniae alba,sweet with fat,red paeony root,licorice,five spirit,to extract the drug combination patterns of article 23 and 21 association rules,high frequency combination with"rhizoma corydalis,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica" "rhizoma corydalis,angelica""Chinese angelica,radix paeoniae alba,etc.Nine new prescriptions were obtained by cluster extraction:(1)Ddipsaci,cuscuta,antler cream and mistletoe;(2)White peony,rhizoma corydalis,ginger,myrrh;(3)Agarwood,Zeilan,Passepartout,Wang not to go;(4)Jujube,ligusticum chuanxiong,pueraria,asarum;(5)Curcuma zedoary,green bark,tricolor and Liu Chinu;(6)Scutellaria,Coix seed,Cypress phellodendron and Psyllium;(7)Astragalus,achyranthes radix,mistletoe,Fructus aurantii,Bupleurum,platycodon;(8)Chinese yam,dogwood,morinda officinalis and ginkgo;(9)Cuscuta,Epimedium,deer horn cream,mistletoe.2.Clinical mining results: collect information on 166 patients,265 prescriptions,contains 8 TCM syndrome types,involving 181 taste traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the total frequency 5224 times.Most patients were 20-40 years old(83.13%),and 5-7 doses(96.23%)of each first prescription were taken,with an average of 6 doses.The main syndrome types were cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome(63.77%)and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(22.26%).The high frequency Chinese medicines include angelica sinensis,Paeoniae alba,dried ginger,Rhizoma corydalis,aconitum,cinnamomum anise,ligusticum ligusticum,Rhizoma albatractyloides,myrrh,Fructus aurantii,poria cocos,Wulingzhi,licorice,astragalus;The drug efficacy classification was mainly for supplementing deficiency(29.98%),promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(19.54%),warming Li(11.73%)and regulating qi(11.43%).The medicinal properties were mainly warm(49.40%),flat(22.09%)and cold(18.52%).The main medicinal flavors were ocxin(35.72%),bitter(28.09%)and sweet(27.27%),and the drugs mainly entered liver(22.86%),spleen(20.86%),kidney(15.83%)and heart(13.46%)channels.The prescriptions included in the study contained 20 TCM on average,and the dosage of TCM was mainly 10 g and 15 g.The core drugs of drug combination were dried ginger,cinnamon,aconitum,cumin,Rhizoma corydalis,angelica,ligusticum Chuanxiong,Paeoniae paeoniae,Wulingzhi,Rhizoma atractylodes and myrrh.Twenty-one drug combination patterns and 21 association rules were extracted,and the high-frequency combination included "dried ginger,cinnamon","Rhizoma corydalis,cumin,aconitum" and so on.Three new prescriptions were obtained by clustering,which were:(1)Paeoniae alba,Red Paeoniae alba,cinnamomum officinalis,Corni officinalis,violet quartz,Sanling.(2)Cumin,Aconite,Wulingzhi,Cooked Rehmannia,corydalis,Myrrh;(3)Bupleurum bupleurum,Passepartout,King’s Family,cinnamon,dried ginger.Conclusion:1.In modern literature,the common syndrome types of PD are cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Attention is paid to the use of tonifying drugs and promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis drugs,and attention is paid to the regulation of the liver and spleen.The treatment of cold blood coagulation and stasis syndrome should be based on Wenjing Decoction or Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction;The treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is based on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.2.In the treatment of PD,the tutor often used cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and used activating blood stasis and tonifying deficiency drugs.The treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome is based on Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction;Treating Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is based on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.At the time of clinical syndrome,it is often based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of women in different ages,with the principle of "eliminating","warming" and "replenishing",emphasizing the conditioning of the liver,spleen and kidney,paying attention to the timing of taking medicine,and often getting twice the result with half the effort.3.There are many similarities between the modern literature and the findings of the tutor treatment of PD.Common syndromes are cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;Use more drugs to promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and tonify deficiency.The high frequency drugs were angelica sinensis,ligusticum Chuanxiong,Rhizoma corydalis,paeoniae paeoniae,Rhizoma cinnamomi,cinnamomum cinnamomi and Wulingzhi.Drugs are hard warm and flat,pay attention to soothing the liver and spleen.The treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome was mainly treated with Wenjing Decoction and Shaofu Zhuyu decoction.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to treat Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.This provides an effective reference for the TCM clinical treatment of PD.
