Research On The Characteristics Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Primary Insomnia And The Distribution Of Syndrome Elements Based On Data Mining

Purpose:By digging into the literature of clinical research on TCM treatment of PI in the past 20 years,to analyze the clinical medication rules and the distribution of common witnesses.Hoping to provide theoretical reference for the treatment of PI by TCM in the future,which will conducive to the development of diagnosis and treatment of PI.Material and method:Establish the“original literature information database on TCM treatment of PI” by collecting literature information from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases,Excel software was be used to analyze the frequency of drugs,category,four Qi,five taste,meridian tropism,and distribution of syndrome elements,syndrome types,adverse reactions and literature information,SPSS 23.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the association and systematic clustering between drugs,so as to find the potential association and compatibility combination between drugs.Results:1.There are 101 literatures in this study,21 literatures with adverse reactions were recorded.Adverse reactions were drowsiness,dry mouth,loss of appetite,diarrhea,constipation,dizziness,fatigue,and all symptoms disappeared after the drug was stopped.2.Syndrome type and syndrome element distribution:Using excel to sorte out and summarize the syndromes and syndrome elements in the literatures.There were 76 literatures with syndrome type diagnosis.The top five syndromes in syndrome diagnosis were phlegm heat internal disturbance syndrome,liver stagnation and fire syndrome,heart-kidney non-communication syndrome,deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome,deficiency of liver and blood.Syndrome elements were extracted from 5763 clinical cases with syndrome diagnosis in the literature,the top three syndromes are liver,heart and spleen,the top three syndrome elements are heat(fire),phlegm and yin deficiency.3.The regularity of drugs: There are 125 drugs involved in 101 literatures,and the total frequency was 1228 times.the top 10 drugs in frequency were sour jujube seed(6.11%),licorice(5.05%),polygala(3.75%),poria(3.58%),cistanche(3.42%),oyster(3.34%),dragon bone(3.26%),pinellia(3.01%),bupleurum(2.93%),fushen(2.85%);The top 3 categories of drugs were tranquilizer(23.40%),antifebrile(11.13%),Qi tonic(10.80%).The top 3 drugs of taste were flat,cold,warm and sweet,bitter,acrid.The top 3 drug meridians were heart meridians,liver meridians,lung meridians.4.The association results showed that there were two major combinations of common drug pairs,(1)sour jujube seed + polygala,sour jujube seed + dragon bone + oyster,sour jujube seed + dragon bone + oyster + polygala.(2)orange peel + pinellia,bamboo ru + orange peel +pinellia,zhishi + bamboo ru + orange peel + pinellia.Cluster analysis showed that high-frequency drugs(>15 times)could be divided into seven categories:(1)sour jujube seed,fushen,turmeric,gardenia,cistanche,acacia.(2)bamboo ru,zhishi,orange peel,pinellia,poria,coptis,licorice.(3)dragon bone,oyster,polygala,calamus.(4)bupleurum,white whpeony,baicalensis.(5)raw rehmanniae,rhizoma ligustici wallichii.(6)atractylodes,codonopsis,angelica.(7)schisandra chinensis,platycladi seed.Conclusion:1.The most common symptom of PI is liver,the disease syndrome is heat(fire),and the phlegm-heat internal disturbance type of PI is more common.2.The single drug commonly used in the treatment of PI by TCM is jujube seed,and the drug category is tranquilizer.In the taste and meridian,the most common is flat drugs,sweet drugs,and xin meridian,thus it can be concluded that drugs of calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind are the common drugs for clinical treatment of PI.3.According to association rules: The common combinations for treating PI sour jujube seed,polygala,dragon bone,oyster,and zhishi,bamboo ru,orange peel and pinellia.4.Cluster analysis obtained seven types of drug combinations,which respectively have the effect of nourishing tranquilizing the mind,clearing heat and phlegm to tranquilize the mind,tranquilizing the mind,resolve depression nerves to tranquilize the mind,nourishing qi tranquilizing the mind,nourishing blood tranquilizing the mind,and nourishing Yin tranquilizing the mind,which can provide reference for the future clinical treatment of PI prescription drugs.
