| Objective: Lingnan medicine has a history of more than one thousand years and is an important branch of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Deng Tietao was the first to discuss the field of Lingnan medicine,and called Cheng Kangpu,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty,and Yang Heling in the Republic of China as the double bi of Lingnan pediatrics.The author studies the development origin of Lingnan pediatrics through the literature,and summarizes the contribution of Lingnan doctors to pediatric diagnosis and treatment.On this basis,the relationship between Lingnan pediatrics and Cheng Yang,was explored,and the academic ideological characteristics of Lingnan pediatrics and the diagnosis and treatment methods of pediatrics were deeply explored.Due to the lack of literature and the current research of separate related studies on Cheng Kangpu and Yang Heling,whether classical literature research or the application of related theories in clinical diagnosis and treatment,there are few people involved in the academic thought system research of Lingnan pediatrics.Therefore,this topic aims to collect the pediatric and pediatric works of Yang and related literature,and organize,excavate and summarize the academic thoughts of Lingnan pediatrics,so as to provide a basis for clinical inheritance and application of the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Lingnan pediatrics academic schools of Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Jointly using literature research,classic TCM academic research,comparative research,through the network literature data retrieval system,Gansu big library,to Cheng Kang nursery by the pediatric secret and Yang Heming pediatric experience,Deng Tietao point "lingnan pediatric double" in pediatric academic discourse and its related literature as the research object,the reference and analysis of the relevant research results(including published papers and works),sorting,mining and summary of lingnan pediatric double academic thought,in order to help pediatric diagnosis and treatment,clinical practice.Results:(1)The academic thought of the double wall of Lingnan pediatrics originates from the theory of Neijing,Good at inheriting the theory of former talents,And is not sticking to the ancient times,Learning has its origin and its play,The elaboration theory is further proved,It has made an important contribution to the development of TCM pediatrics,especially in Lingnan pediatrics medicine;(2)Lingnan Pediatrics double bi advocates the study of Qian Yi,inherits the theory of Wanquan,inherits the chief of Ye Tianshi,inherits the saying of Wu Jutong,Pay attention to the physiological pathology of children said that " the liver is often surplus,the spleen is often insufficient,Heart fire often own,Enrich and enrich the theory of TCM in pediatrics;Attaches great importance to the theory of dividing the five internal organs,Combined with the characteristics of children,List the main laws of the five zang diseases in children,The characteristics of "heart,liver,lung,spleen and kidney" in the five zang organs are "wind,alarm,asthma,sleepiness and deficiency",And to apply this to the cause of the eight certificates,and were good at applying the method of "smoothing liver,replenishing spleen and relieving heart" in the diagnosis and treatment of corresponding pediatric diseases,which not only promoted the development of Lingnan academic school of pediatrics,but also made great contributions to the development of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine. |
