Professor Zhang Shiqing’s Experience In Treating Children’s Cough Based On The Theory Of Five Movements And Six Qi

Objective: To collect and organize cases of pediatric cough treated by Prof.Zhang Shiqing using an inductive summary method,analyze Prof.Zhang Shiqing’s understanding of the five movements and six qi and their application in the treatment of pediatric cough,summarize Prof.Zhang Shiqing’s experience in treating pediatric cough with the luck theory,refine Prof.Zhang Shiqing’s academic thought,inherit the experience of famous masters,and provide a deeper exploration of the luck theory to guide the treatment of pediatric cough.Methods:1.Through in-depth study of Prof.Zhang Shiqing’s academic writings and scientific research results on the five movements and six qi and pediatric cough,and combined with Prof.Zhang’s daily lectures and manuscripts,we will initially grasp Prof.Zhang’s understanding of the basic theory of luck in the Huangdi Neijing,summarize the levels of luck changes related to pediatric cough in the five movements and six qi,and summarize any doubts or difficulties and ask Prof.Zhang Shiqing for advice in person.2.Collect the cases with the first diagnosis of cough written by Professor Zhang Shiqing Personally or recorded by the followers during his consultations from 2019 to 2022,summarize the treatment methods and classify the evidence according to the luck theory summarized by Professor Zhang Shiqing;summarize the evidence ty Pes of Pediatric cough arising from the abnormalities of the five movements and the changes of the six qi,summarize the characteristics of each evidence ty Pe guided by the luck theory such as Taiyin dam P theory,method and Prescri Ptions com Plete and systematic.Further,Professor Zhang Shiqing’s com Plete academic ex Perience in the treatment of Pediatric cough using the theory of the five movements and six qi was summarized.Results:1.On the basis of Professor Zhang Shiqing’s understanding of the basic theory of luck,it was analyzed that the Five Luck malfunctions leading to Pediatric cough mostly occurred in years when the middle Luck was Fire,Gold,and Water;and in years when Wood and Gold luck were not available.The six Qi malfunctions leading to coughs in children mostly occur in the years when Shaoyang,Shaoyin,Yangming,and Taiyin are in the division of Heaven,Shaoyin is in the year of Quan,Shaoyang is in the first,second,third,and final Qi,Shaoyin is in the third and final Qi,and Yangming is in the year of victory and Shaoyin,Taiyin,Shaoyang,and Yangming are in the year of re Petition.The treatment method summarized by Prof.Zhang for luck disorders is to be careful with the disease mechanism and the division of heaven because of the Person.2.Analyzing 243 cases of pediatric cough cases treated by Prof.Zhang Shiqing based on the theory of the five modes of transportation and six qi,we summarized the core evidence types specific to pediatric cough disease: Taiyin damp cough(Taiyin cold-damp cough evidence and Taiyin damp-heat cough evidence),Sun cold cough evidence,Yangming dry cough(Yangming cool-dry cough evidence and Yangming lung deficiency cough evidence),Shaoyang liver-fire cough evidence,and Shaoyin heart-fire cough evidence,for a total of five cases.The effective treatment prescriptions were: Lijun Yi lung Tang for Taiyin cold and damp cough;Ma Lian Chia Xiao Dou Tang with added flavor for Taiyin damp and hot cough;Xiao Qinglong plus Fengshui Tang for Sun cold cough;Hanxia Houpu Tang with added flavor for Yangming cool and dry cough;Ginseng Su Gui Zhi Drink for Yangming lung deficiency cough;Chai Hu Elevation San for Shao Yang liver fire cough;and Qingxin Cough for Shao Yin heart fire cough.Two cases were also cited to illustrate the process of identification and treatment for verification.Conclusion: Professor Zhang Shiqing a PPlied the theory of the five movements and six qi in treating Pediatric coughs,focusing on the division of heaven and Peo Ple,and summarized five core ty Pes of coughs based on the Physio Pathological characteristics of Pediatric Patients,including Taiyin Dam P Cough,Sun Cold Cough,Yangming Dry Cough,Shaoyang Liver Fire Cough,and Shaoyin Heart Fire Cough,using luck theory as a guide.In the treatment method,in addition to luck disorders,we also Pay attention to the restoration of the overall functions of the five organs,and concluded that for Taiyin cold-dam P cough,Liu Jun Yi Lung Tang is used;for Taiyin dam P-heat cough,Ma Lian Chi Xiao Dou Tang is used;for Sun cold cough,Xiao Qing Long Plus Fructus Pulchelli Tang is used;for Yangming cool-dry cough,Han Xia Hou Pu Tang is used;for Yangming lung deficiency cough,Ginseng and Su Gui Zhi Drink is used;for Shao Yang liver-fire cough,Chai Hu Elevation San is used;and for Shao Yin heart-fire cough,Qing Xin Sto P Cough Formula is used.The effective treatment formula.The formula reflects Professor Zhang Shiqing’s characteristic of treating cough not only in the lung but also in the lung,and using light and lively medicine
