The Study On Archiater Zhang Fengwu’s Medication Regularity And Experience In The Treatment Of Insomnia

Objective: To summarize the academic experience of famous doctors,inherit the academic thoughts of famous doctors and guide clinical practice by taking the experience of Director Zhang Fengwu in the treatment of insomnia as the breakthrough point and analyzing the medication rules of Director Zhang Fengwu in the treatment of insomnia through data mining technology.Methods: An electronic database was established for the four diagnosis information and prescription information of Director Zhang Fengwu’s insomnia medical cases during his visits from 2020 to 2022.The following software was used to analyze the data: The basic information,symptoms,syndrome types,tongue image,pulse image,drugs and their sex and taste transformation were systematically analyzed using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(v3.0);The complex network of Gephi0.9.2 and the factor analysis method contained in IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 were used to analyze the drug compatibility in prescriptions.Results: This study analyzed 300 insomnia medical records that met the standard of sodium intake.Through the analysis of basic data,it was found that the age group with the highest incidence of insomnia patients was 50 to 59 years old,followed by patients aged 30 to 39 years old.Women accounted for 70% of the patients.Through the analysis of the syndrome type and symptoms,it was found that the high frequency of symptoms in insomnia patients were insomnia,multiple dreams,poor belching,waist and knee soreness,fatigue,tinnitus and dizziness.The syndrome types were the heart and kidney incompatibility syndrome and the heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,followed by the liver and stomach disharmony syndrome.According to the analysis of tongue image,tongue image is mainly red tongue and less moss.Pulse is mainly composed of fine number,sinking fine,string number and string slip.A total of 192 drugs were involved in this study,and the top 10 drugs with the highest frequency were licorice,gardenia,sour jujube kernel,keel,mother of pearl,oyster,schisandra,yam,salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix aconitum and Radix paeoniae radix.The sex flavor of drugs to the meridian,"four Qi" to warm,cold,flat sex drugs.The "five tastes" are mainly sweet,bitter and sweet."Return to the meridian" aspect,to the heart,liver,lung,spleen meridian mainly.By factor analysis,Radix aconitum and Radix paeoniae alba were obtained.Schisandra,salvia miltiorrhiza;Tangerine peel,cypress seed kernel;Keel and oyster;Radix polygonatum and calamus stone;Achyranthes hyssop and Prunella prunus;Magnolia officinalis,fructus aurantii;Licorice and panax notoginseng;There were 9 groups of drug combination led by Suanzao kernel and American ginseng.Based on complex network mining core new combination of four groups.Conclusion:(1)Chief physician Zhang Fengwu summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia,and believed that the disease was in the heart,but the blame was on the spleen,kidney and liver,paying particular attention to the influence of the spleen and stomach on sleep,emphasizing dialectical treatment of the underlying disease,and starting from the spleen and stomach,qi and blood.Two kinds of treatment methods,namely tonifying the spleen and regulating the kidney,and soothing the liver and spleen,were adopted for different pathological products.Zhang Lao also pays attention to the application of activating blood and qi drugs in insomnia.(2)Zhang Laotreatment of insomnia often to fill the deficiency class,sedative class,and to clear the heat class,qi class,blood circulation and blood stasis class,liver and wind-calming class drugs to treat a variety of insomnia,commonly used first aconitum with acid jujube kernel for blood and sedative,with Astragalus with Chinese seed kernel for spleen and sedative,with magnets with Rehmannia for liver and citri,north Bupleurum with Fructus aurantii for liver and stomach.(3)Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,SPSS,Gephi and other platforms,it was found that the commonly used drugs for insomnia of Lao Zhang were mainly sweet and warm;Mostly attributed to heart,lung,liver,spleen,kidney channels.According to the data mining analysis,combined with the pathogenesis and syndrome type,we obtained Coptis,longan meat,Paeony;Astragalus,Angelica,Radix pseudostellariae;Radix bupleurum,Poncirus trifoliata,Ligusticum Chuanxiong;The four core formulations were composed of gardenia,scutellaria and neem seed.
