When the hospital arranges surgery for patients, the patients are generally divided into elective patients and non-elective patients.Due to the different needs of these two types of patients for surgery time and surgical resources, there is a problem of surgical scheduling. When the actual surgical scheduling is carried out in the hospital,it is necessary to consider the actual needs of the patient, the operation time, the medical resources, etc.,and only reasonable surgical scheduling can provide better treatment for the patient. However,in many cases, there will be conflicts between surgical resources, surgery time and other elements, which will affect the patient’s operation as scheduled. In this context, this thesis explores the issue of surgical scheduling in hospitals in depth.By analyzing the current situation and problems of thoracic surgery scheduling in C Hospital, the specific scheduling problems are studied.First, analyze the current situation of surgical scheduling from the environment, rules and performance indicators of surgical scheduling, and analyze the problems of surgical scheduling from preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative aspects.Based on the above conditions, considering the actual waiting time, operation time, patient waiting penalty cost, satisfaction and other factors, the multi-objective problem optimization model of surgical resource scheduling is established with the goal of minimizing the total cost of the operating room and the cost of patient waiting punishment, minimizing the risk of incomplete surgical plan and the risk of patient deterioration, and using the improved particle swarm algorithm to analyze the model and optimize the simulation.Through analysis, this thesis comes to the following conclusions:1.For hospitals, surgical arrangements should be flexible when scheduling surgeries to cope with the impact of emergencies on established surgical plans. In addition, taking the satisfaction of patients and medical staff as the starting point,by shortening the duration of surgery, the risk of surgical planning not being completed can be effectively reduced;setting the urgency degree for patients and matching them with the types of surgical characteristics can effectively improve the scheduling efficiency of various resources in the operating room.2.The optimal solution is found in the multi-objective optimization algorithm as 9.It can be known that if the manager cares about the risk of the unfinished surgical plan, the optimal solution 1,2 can be selected, and the risk of the surgical plan not being completed at this time is small;if the manager is very concerned about the risk of the unfinished plan and the risk of infection while the patient is waiting for surgery, the optimal solution 3,5,7,9can be selected;if the hospital manager pursues zero risk after the patient’s admission, the optimal solution 4,6,8 can be selected.3.The standard deviation corresponding to the average adaptation value of each instance of the D-TSNN algorithm clock can be seen, and the difference between the maximum fluctuation and the minimum fluctuation of the algorithm is 0.0029 under different number of patients, the number of operating rooms and the number of resuscitation beds, and the fluctuation amplitude is less than 0.003.Therefore,the algorithm has high stability and is suitable for surgical resource scheduling.
