Surgical scheduling is an important part of the operation and management of a hospital operating room.This paper builds a patient satisfaction model and a surgical scheduling model based on multi-objective planning to scientifically solve the problem of patient satisfaction and surgical time uncertainty in surgical scheduling,and improves operating room utilization and patient satisfaction.Save operating room operating costs.First,this paper proposes a patient satisfaction model based on membership function.Sampling investigations were conducted on hospital patients and doctors' surgical waiting time to establish a more reasonable waiting time window.A patient satisfaction model based on the patient's waiting time was established based on the membership function;the waiting time window based on the patient satisfaction model was established.This model was solved with constraints such as the number of operating rooms,and finally the validity of the patient satisfaction model was verified by the principle of segmented concave function verification.Secondly,in the patients' satisfaction model based on the results of research,and to comprehensively consider the effect of surgery medical team on time,based on the multi-objective programming theory is put forward and set up the biggest operation time,average operation time and operation scheduling model of medical team impact factor.At the same time,put forward the algorithm of the multi-objective programming model,the resulting operation scheduling model of the optimal solution,optimize the hand operation scheduling scheme,make the utilization rate of the operating room to maximize,saving the cost of running the operating room.This article innovation lies in using the improved genetic algorithm based on particle swarm of surgery to solve the scheduling model,the algorithm can effectively solve the local optimal solution trap,lacking the ability to search,slow convergence speed and so on.Finally,the optimal scheduling of two departments in M hospital was obtained by using the multi-objective operation scheduling model and algorithm.And through the gantt chart,algorithm of the optimal scheduling of process optimization and convergence figure,a comprehensive analysis of the algorithm is effective and practical comprehensive analysis results showed that the multi-objective programming operation scheduling model and the algorithm optimized scheduling research hospital operating rooms in China has a certain guiding significance.
