Clinical Study On Zengyi Chengqi Decoction Treatment Of Children’s Functional Constipation Dryness Heat And Fluid Deficiency

Objective:To use the zengyi chengqi decoction treatment of children’s functional constipation,Evaluation Clinical effectiveness and safety about zengyi chengqi decoction treatment of children’s functional constipation by comparing and analyzing the symptom scores of children before and after treatment,the effective rate after 3 days of treatment and the recurrence rate after follow-up.To provide some certain references for clinical treatment of functional constipation in children.Methods:Collecting diagnosed functional constipation children and in line with dryness heat and fluid deficiency in pediatric clinics of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 January to December 2021.Children were divided into test groups and control groups based on the principle of randomized control design.A total of 64 cases were eventually taken in the study.The test groups were treated with zengyi chengqi decoction from the mentor’s experience in clinical.The control groups were treated with lactulose oral liquid combined with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets,all patients were observed for 2 treatment courses,the score of symptoms and syndromes after 3 days and 1 week,the efficiency after 3 days of treatment,and were followed up after 2 weeks of treatment to observe the recurrence of the disease.Adopt SPSS26.0 data and analysis software performs statistical analysis on the collected data.Result:(1)Comparison of clinical overall response rate after treatment:93.94%effective rate of test groups,in contrast to 87.10%effective rate of control groups.The comparison difference between the two groups is obvious(P<0.05).It was statistically significant.(2)The two groups of efficiency after the third day of treatment:the test group was 18.19%,meanwhile the control group was 19.35%.The difference between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05),there was no statistical significance.(3)Intragroup comparison after treatment:①After 3 days of treatment:the main symptom scores of the two children groups were improved obviously after 3 days’ treatment(P<0.05);In the secondary symptom scores,there was no obvious difference in the improvement of halitosis,short yellow urine,and sore tongue in the experimental group before and after 3 days of treatment(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference in the other symptoms(P<0.05);In the secondary symptom scores,the oral and tongue sores in the control group were improved(P<0.05),and there was no obvious difference in the other symptoms than before(P>0.05).②After treatment:Both groups have obvious improvement after treatment in the main symptom scores(P<0.05);In the secondary symptom scores,the patients in the test group improved significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the children in the control group did not improve dry mouth,bad breath,loss of appetite,naked face heat and sore mouth and tongue after treatment(P>0.05),and the other symptoms improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).(4)Comparison between groups after treatment:①After 3 days of treatment:the difference between the two groups of main symptoms is not significant,there is no statistical significance(P>0.05),and there is no significant difference in defecation crying and defecation pain(P>0.05),There was an obvious difference in the remanent secondary symptoms between the two children groups(P<0.05).②After treatment:there was an obvious difference in the main and secondary symptom scores between the two groups.It was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Condition follow-up:the number of children with the recurrent condition in the test group is less than that of the control group.In the long run,the test group worked better.Conclusion:1.The addition and subtraction of Zengye Chengqi Decoction can effectively treat children with functional constipation with dryness heat and fluid deficiency syndrome and has obvious advantages over western medicine lactulose oral liquid combined with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets in the treatment of companion symptoms.2.The addition and subtraction of Zengye Chengqi Decoction can effectively reduce the recurrence of functional constipation.3.Zengye Chengqi Decoction has high safety in the treatment of children with functional constipation with dryness heat and fluid deficiency syndrome,and there was no adverse reaction during the observation period.
