| Objective1.Introduce and translate the Fremental Back Awareness questionnaire(FreBAQ),and to evaluate its reliability and validity to form the Chinese version of the FreBAQ(FreBAQ-CV).2.To investigate the current status of back perception in patients with chronic low back pain using the Chinese version of the Fremental Back Awareness questionnaire(FreBAQ-CV),analyze the related influencing factors,and explore countermeasures to improve the back perception of patients with chronic low back pain.MethodsThis study is divided into two parts,the first part is the revision of the Chinese version of FreBAQ and the reliability test,and the second part is the analysis of the current situation of back perception and factors influencing chronic low back pain patients.1.Revision of the Chinese version of the scale and reliability test.In this study,the Chinese version of the FreBAQ was revised by direct translation,back translation,cultural adaptation and pre-survey to form the initial Chinese version of the FreBAQ.305 patients with chronic low back pain who met the criteria were selected for the formal survey from June 2021 to August 2021 in 2 tertiary level A hospitals in Guangzhou.The ritical ratio(CR)method was used to measure the discrimination of the scale entries.The content validity of the scale was evaluated using the Item-level Content Validity Index(I-CVI)and the Scale-Content Validity Index(S-CVI),and the structural validity(exploratory factor analysis(EFA),confirmatory factor analysis(CFA))and known group validity were used to evaluate the validity of the scale.The consistency test and fold-half reliability were used to determine the reliability of the scale.The revised Chinese version of FreBAQ was finally developed.2.Survey of current status and influencing factors.Using the convenience sampling method,311 patients with chronic low back pain who met the criteria were selected as the respondents in 2 tertiary level.A hospitals in Guangzhou from October 2021 to December2021,and the General Information Questionnaire and the Chinese version of FreBAQ were used as the survey instruments to investigate the current status of back perception and analyze the influencing factors of patients with chronic low back pain.Results1.Results of reliability and validity tests.The Chinese version of the FreBAQ contains8 entries in 2 dimensions.Dimension 1 is control and morphological perception of the back,and dimension 2 is proprioceptive acuity of the back.Dimension one contained 6 entries and dimension two contained 2 entries.The Item-level Content Validity Index(I-CVI)of the scale ranged from 0.86 to 1.00,and the Scale-Content Validity Index(S-CVI)of the scale was 0.969.The exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors with a cumulative variance contribution of 72.22%.In the confirmatory factor analysis,the model fit excellent index was good:(1)x~2/df 0.942,SRMR 0.038,RMSEA 0.001;(2)TLI 0.988,IFI 0.988,CFI 0.988.The Cronbach’sɑfor the scale was 0.780,and the Cronbach’sɑcoefficients for the 2 dimensions were 0.855 and 0.920,respectively.The fold-half reliability for the scale was 0.721,and the fold-half reliability for the 2 dimensions were0.835 and 0.904,respectively,indicating good internal consistency.2.Results of the status survey study.The results of the survey study using the Chinese version of FreBAQ showed that the total back perception score of patients with chronic low back pain was(9.37±2.91),which was at an intermediate level.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,BMI,literacy,current pain level,and duration of low back pain were the influencing factors of back perception in patients with chronic low back pain.Conclusions1.The Chinese version of the Fremental Back Awareness Questionnaire developed in this study has good reliability and validity,and the indicators meet the psychometric criteria of the scale,which can be used as a valid tool to assess the back perception of patients with chronic low back pain.2.Age,BMI,literacy,current pain level,and duration of low back pain are the influencing factors of back perception in patients with chronic low back pain.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the assessment of body perception in elderly patients,patients with low BMI,low literacy,severe low back pain,and long duration of low back pain... |
