| Medical consumables are an important type of material for medical institutions,which are directly related to the medical services received by patients,which is a window for harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and their management is related to the efficiency and reputation of medical institutions."Difficult to see a doctor,expensive to see a doctor" has always been the top priority of medical and health reform,social doctor-patient contradictions occur frequently,medical consumables,especially high-value medical consumables account for too large a proportion of income and continue to grow,unreasonable diagnosis and treatment of medical consumables over-application and imperfect cost control mechanism is the current medical cost growth of several major inducements,affecting social fairness.At the same time,patients’ human rights and psychological feelings for medical treatment are becoming more and more important,and it is necessary to consider the patient factors in the management of the use of medical consumables.The management optimization of public medical consumables based on the coordination of doctor-patient relationship can not only improve the overall efficiency of the hospital,strengthen its own external service capabilities,but also help patients control medical expenses and human rights protection,and maintain social harmony.This paper summarizes the revenue and expenditure of medical consumables in public hospitals and the proportion of patient expenses,and the practice and development trend of several types of representative medical consumables management models,so as to reflect the macro environment of doctors and patients.Subsequently,this paper analyzes the management of medical consumables in public hospitals,takes patients as the main stakeholders,and highlights the three types of contradictions in this management,namely,the contradiction between the relatively inefficient management method of medical consumables and the urgent need to improve the quality of all-round management,the contradiction between doctors and patients due to unequal information and lack of information,and the contradiction between extensive cost accounting methods and controlling expenditures and reducing the costs of the patient.It also corresponds to the main task of public hospitals in the management of medical consumables,and then the analysis of the two types of stakeholders,doctor-patient information asymmetry,and patient autonomy is also carried out to demonstrate the management content that introduces the perspective of the patient.On the basis of this analysis,this paper takes the internal management of medical consumables of ZX Hospital as a case study,introduces the use,management mode and doctor-patient relationship of its medical consumables,affirms the role of the current management mode,and points out that ZX Hospital should further optimize the existing problems.In order to explore the irrationality of ZX Hospital’s use,fees,and doctor-patient relationship management,this paper conducts interviews and surveys with two types of stakeholders,medical staff and patients,and truly reflects the situation.Finally,the solution measures are introduced,and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward for ZX Hospital at the level of rational use of medical consumables and charging supervision,doctor-patient communication and dispute management,system construction and information management.In summary,through improved management,the whole process of medical consumables is more reasonable,highlighting the ability of medical institutions to serve the patient,which can benefit the people’s economic and psychological aspects,and pursue the balance between profit-seeking and public welfare in public hospitals. |
