Objective:To explore the clinical significance of seven tumor-associated autoantibodies in the diagnosis of early lung cancer. Methods:From July 2021 to July 2022,29 patients with first-time diagnosed early lung cancer,31 patients with first-time diagnosed middle and advanced lung cancer,18 cases with benign lung nodules, and 30 patients with healthy physical examination were included. The ELISA method was used to detect the levels of seven tumor-associated autoantibodies(p53,PGP9.5,SOX2,GAGE7,GBU4-5,MAGE A1,CAGE)in each group, and the ROC curve was drawn to analyze their diagnostic efficacy for lung cancer, and the positive rate between the groups was compared. Results:The levels of seven tumor-related autoantibodies in the early lung cancer group were statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with the benign lung nodule group and the healthy physical examination group, and there was no significant difference in antibody levels compared with the middle and advanced lung cancer group(P>0.05).The positive rate of the combined detection of seven tumor-related autoantibodies in the early lung cancer group was 44.83%(13/29),which was significantly higher than that of 11.11%(2/18)in the benign lung nodule group and 10.00%(3/30)in the healthy physical examination group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference compared with the positive rate of 45.16%(14/31)in the middle and advanced lung cancer group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the positivity rates of seven tumor-associated autoantibodies in patients with early-stage lung cancer of different ages, genders, smoking history, and tissue types(P>0.05).The sensitivity of the combined detection of seven tumor-related autoantibodies for the diagnosis of early lung cancer was 44.83% and the specificity was 89.58%,which were higher than those of each autoantibody alone. The results of ROC curve analysis showed that AUC=0.68 when seven tumor-associated autoantibodies were detected together, and the diagnostic value increased. Conclusion:The combined detection of seven tumor-related autoantibodies in serum can provide an important basis for the diagnosis of lung cancer in the early clinical stage, and can provide a warning effect for the early treatment of lung cancer patients.
