| Objective(s)In this study, the expression levels of CSF-1 and CSF-1R in cancer tissues and peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer were detected to study the relationship between the expression levels of CSF-1and CSF-1R and clinicopathologic characteristics, preliminarily explore the role of CSF-1 and CSF-1R in the microenvironment of non-small cell lung cancer tumor, and study their relationship with the occurrence and development of tumors. To evaluate whether they can be used as auxiliary diagnostic basis for patients with non-small cell lung cancer and whether they can be used as evaluation indexes for the efficacy and prognosis of patients receiving chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy.Method(s)1.Wax slices of lung cancer tissue specimens of patients diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer by pathology in Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected, and corresponding adjacent tissues were used as control group.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CSF-1 and CSF-1R in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues collected from patients with non-small cell lung cancer.2.Serum was collected from patients receiving chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy before treatment, and healthy subjects were taken as control group. The expression levels of CSF-1 and CSF-1R in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and healthy subjects were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorption assay.3.Basic information, such as age, gender, smoking history, tissue type, tumor TNM stage, tumor differentiation degree, tumor metastasis, treatment methods and other clinical and pathological data were collected.4.To analyze the expression of CSF-1 and CSF-1R in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues, and the expression of CSF-1 and CSF-1R in peripheral blood,to evaluate whether there are differences in the expression levels of the two,and to analyze the correlation between the two and clinicopathological features and short-term therapeutic efficacy.Result(s)1.The expressions of CSF-1 and CSF-1R in non-small cell lung cancer patients were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(p <0.001).The expression of CSF-1 was correlated with smoking and the presence of vascular cancer embolus(p < 0.05),and the expression of CSF-1R was correlated with histological type and gender(p < 0.05).2.The expression level of CSF-1R in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.001).3.The expression of CSF-1 in peripheral blood was not significantly different from that of healthy control group(p=0.68).4.There was a correlation between the expression level of CSF-1R and DCR and ORR in patients receiving chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy(p < 0.05).Conclusion(s)1.The expression of CSF-1 and CSF-1R in cancer tissues of NSCLC patients was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues. The expression of CSF-1 was correlated with smoking and the presence of vascular cancer thrompositories(p < 0.05),and the expression of CSF-1R was correlated with histological type and gender(p < 0.05).2.The expression level of CSF-1R in peripheral blood is expected to be an auxiliary indicator for diagnosis, prognosis and follow-up monitoring of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.3.The high expression of CSF-1R is associated with disease progression in patients treated with chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy. |
